コロナなのか水不足なのか屋外プールは使用できませんでした。プール使用にはプールの修理も必要そうなので、もう少し時間が必要かもしれません。 プールは残念でしたが、お部屋はメゾネットタイプで子供たちも大喜び！朝食もとてもおいしかったです！牛肉湯も美味しかったですが、お肉の補充をもう少し早いタイミングで行ってくれると尚良かったかと思います。

浴室整潔度還需要加強，放水浴缸按下按摩一坨頭髮跑出來，浴室設備也需要更換一下，臉盆塞子整個壞掉

住宿整體都還不錯 唯獨浴缸漏出來都黃黃有泥巴感覺， 嘗試多次水出來還是一樣髒髒的

洗手盆不去水，房間中央冷氣除了蓋子不見了裡面的過濾網也沒有游泳池也在裝修。

環境很好，房間很讚，冷氣豪冷 真的很棒 有機會還會回來住

鄰近交流道，交通方便。

主動升等房型很不錯，但房間電視的擺放位置不佳，水龍頭會漏水，淋浴的水會滲出地面，床頭會吱吱作響，但整體空間還算舒適。

我已經來住宿第3次了，很不錯的住宿環境，就算平常日早餐也相當豐盛

預訂的房型已無所以有被升等成兩張加大床房型，但是房間位於一樓，陽台外為閒置的工地，住房起來有些擔憂安全性，房內灰塵多且十分潮濕，床單上霉斑，抖動被子枕頭時灰塵飛揚，讓有過敏鼻炎的我們十分難受，枕頭過軟沒有提供較硬的枕頭可更換，加上房間隔音不佳，導致睡眠品質不良。但是飯店服務人員算專業，服務也有禮得體，只是飯店硬體過於老舊，有些小失望。

房間大且舒適，入住的四人房有浴缸。早餐簡單美味，還有現燙的牛肉湯。 小孩特別喜歡游泳池，非常適合親子出遊入住的飯店。

The rooms is good with the good location. I was used to stay at this hotel times, the quality as good as always.

Hotel was a bit older but everything was clean and room was large and nice. Room had a spa inside which was great to soak after a long day. Breakfast was decent, food was warm not hot. Location was a major major issue. It is a bit inconvenient from the hotel to public transport. Each way we had to taxi at about 100ntd each way. 7 min car ride but very inconvenient to walk bc of the the streets were designed. I would not stay again bc of that. Hotel staff friendly

Great room. The breakfast didn’t have much western food however. Also it’s far from the city center.

the resteraunt service could have been better--they gave too small of a portion for my take out order, and had shrimp in dish that was unmarked nearly caused me to get very sick.

The room is spacious & clean. Bathroom comes with a bath tub with Jaccuzi. There are large variety of buffet breakfast selection.

Big clean room n great service

While I was happy to be at this venue to witness the wedding of friends (the hotel has as many as 3 per day) I was very disappointed how difficult it was to get into town. Furthermore, the room was dusty - not adequately cleaned - probably owing to the massive construction site next door. I awoke to what sounded like an advancing army every morning at 7:30 and found it difficult to sleep again due to the noise. If you want to attend your friend's nuptials at this hotel, great - but it is a poor choice for getting around.

Tucked away from the bustling cars and scooters, Les Hotel Tainan is a great place to stay. The room was perfect for the family. The kids loved the pool while mom and dad enjoyed the sauna. The staff were very attentive to our needs and were very helpful with ideas for the local sights and a great steakhouse. Don't pass up this gem.
