Easy check in. The room was exactly as shown. I like the floor access. The view was nice. Good for the price

Good spot, decent breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for a second time. We found it quite affordable, comfortable, updated and clean. 100% worthy. Standard rooms are a bit tight for two people, otherwise perfect for single use. Free laundry service. Breakfast or lounge area is great to use.

Will absolutely use this hotel for my next trip to Taiwan. So much in the area and closer to the MRT. Perfect location, not too expensive, great room and service.

It was a comfortable stay. Rooms are updated and nice, but on the smaller side. Wifi in rooms is poor, so go down to lobby for important and consistent connection. Overall, we were satisfied with this hotel and priced very reasonably.

Room temperature need to be a little warmer during winter months.

I had a problem connecting to wifi in my room immediately after checking in. I called the front desk and was given several alternative options, the last one of which is to go to the lobby. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, even suggesting that I try my laptop there to ensure that the laptop is compatible with the internet there. I appreciate the help.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room size was good, shower was fine but I would have preferred that the shower curtain covered the whole tub. The lounge in the lobby was nice and there was a decent bar at the top floor (lots of craft beer in bottles but no draft beer). Walking distance (about 15 minutes) to Banqiao Station, where you can get the high speed and local trains. Overall, a pretty good place to stay.

nice cafeteria view. first time entering my room, I smelled 2nd hand smoke. Don't know if it was leaking in from other rooms or from previous guest.

Location: 2min to Mrt. Price: very reasonable compare to others hotels near Mrt. Cleanliness: Daily cleaning is done with no complaints Overall its a good stay, only cons is soundproofing is very bad..you can even hear it loud and clear when someone coughing 😅

The room is super tiny. The bath room is tiny too. You cannot turn around in the shower.

Have stayed in plenty of hotels around Taiwan but this is by far the worst. Drainage does not work well and water floods easily in the bathroom. Topped up extra 2k TWD to upgrade room to a bigger one but same issue with the toilet. Was not allowed entry to breakfast buffet area even though we paid for it. A female manager of the hotel was rude and unhelpful, she just said that it is government regulations that tourists are not allowed to dine in same area as other hotel guests. Room service did not clean our room as well for the same reason - government regulations. Only allowed one egg tart with coffee for the first day breakfast and a carrot cake with coffee for the second day. Only saving grace was a very nice kitchen staff that helped us to pack some warm porridge with side dishes for us to bring back to our own hotel room to eat. Did not get her name but really appreciate her kind gestures. Will not be back at this hotel again and will definitely not recommend this to anyone.

This was our 3rd time staying at this property. The only complaint was that we had large windows but they were so dirty it was hard to see out of them. That was very disappointing. We love the proximity to the MRT. We will most likely stay there again next time we visit our son as we loved the size and space of the room but please keep the windows cleaned...

First day of check in the water got cut off till late. Which mean for most half a day theres no water and 3rd day of stay the helper did not clear up my room even i had hang the sign out request to make the room and when i came back to the hotel after a long day my room wasn't make, called up to the reception but the answer i got from the lady sounds like "its none of her business" saying oh the helper might overlook by having wrong understanding "do not disturb" instead of (pls make up room)... which makes me feel so disappointed and even ask if i need have a change of towel and all...which makes her look stupid...if i dun need it why will i requestto make up my room for? and the breakfast was disappointing as well....the cleanse of the utensil needed to be improved.....
