It’s located at great location, Ximending. Great services. A bit noisy that you could hear next door during sleep. But it was okay I was not very sensitive. Location beats all the minor issues.

great location, clean if not modern. Internet patchy at times

The hotel is located at great location. Some night there is insufficient staff working at front desk. We have to head to level 6 to ask for items needed directly. Otherwise, the hotel pricing is affordable with good proximity to many places.

The Hotel was nice but the rooms very basic.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First, I was disappointed to learn that guests are not allowed to flush toilet paper. While I understand this may be unavoidable, it would have been helpful if this information had been clearly stated on the website to manage expectations. Second, I found a thick bunch of hairs under the covers. although it was promptly changed, this experience made me uncomfortable enough to decide to leave after just one night, despite booking for three nights. Losing money for the remaining two nights felt preferable to the anxiety of staying. Lastly, I found one of the front desk staff members to be particularly unwelcoming, with little to no personality. This added to the overall discomfort of my stay. This experience has taught me an unfortunate lesson - to be cautious when booking older hotels in Taiwan, as the chances of encountering plumbing issues like this seem higher.

I like free coffee, walkability to Ximending shopping area, easy access to transporation.

Room was too small, the furniture and amenities is subpar. We booked a room for 3 and there was barely enough space to move. There was no table space. I had to sort my documents on the bed. There are very few outlets to charge your electronics and the placements are terrible. The outlet is above the bed but so close that you end up bumping on it on your sleep and no tables or area where you can place the electronics while they charge. I had to place my items on narrow areas beside the outlets. The toilet bowl is very prone to clogging The lounge / common area is also lacking. There are barely any free snacks. Coffee and some drinks are available but they rarely restock The bathroom floor is very elevated that it is hard to go in and out of it. Toiletries like soap, toothbrushes and toilet paper is an additional fee. The shower has a shampoo and body wash dispenser but does not have racks or fixings where your can put your own toiletries.

Great place to stay and convenient close to many restaurants and transportation and well maintained.

Great place for a short stay. Near transport, clean rooms and modern bathroom. Helpful staff. Just don’t expect a soft comfy mattress! Typical for this level of stay it was hard as a rock.

No house cleaning first dat and they charged me double for the lowest class room than whats advertised on booking. If it werent for the overcharge i would hqve given them a higher rating .

Perfect location for sightseeing ...Simple clean, no cleaning service first day....super simple.place u just need a place to rest for the night ...

The stay is ok for a single traveler but not for family. All rooms have no windows and place is hidden. No hotel service or bathroom essentials provided. Would not recommend.

Good value hotel

Very near to train station and eateries are plenty. No frills hotel which does enough for guests to enjoy their stay. Only bad point is that is hidden in a building and taking up few levels of the building. And no proper drive in.

My first time to stay in Taiwan. I brought my two kids. They enjoyed it so much. The hotel is very convenient. Easily accessible to Ximen station just 3 mins walk. Very near Ximen night market/shops. We can walk nearby Ximen until very late don’t know to worry.

Second stay at Muzik Hotel. Some wear and tear however overall a cozy place and convenient location.

Its terrible to have room cleaned you have to pay NTS 300. 00 .everyday. I checked out and it is natural to have room cleaned for next traveller which is my daughter. They charged NTS300.00 to clean and change towels. What a terrible hotel. I will never stay here.

No soda available but only tea, juices, water, and coffee but it was ok. Noodles came at night. Rooms arent cleaned everyday but you can pay an.extea 300 nt for it
