My go to place whenever i visit Taipei.

Great location - convenience stores were just right beside and 5mins walk from Ximen station. Also accessible to Taipei main station and the Taoyuan Airport train stations, about 15mins walk. Only gripe is the room can be a tad small especially if you’re not a solo traveller. Not much space in my room for a full sized luggage (I brought a backpack so wasn’t much of an issue then). Staff were really friendly and the common area at B1 offers free cup noodles and other snacks. Comfortable place for a short stay.

Great place however rooms are not very sound proof

My first choice when staying in Taipei. Right across the main road is Ximending and it is between Ximen metro station and Taipei Main Station.

Great place to stay in, staff gave us free upgrade from normal triple room to vip triple room. The basement area has a lot of free snacks and instant noodles for guests to eat, and also has game machines and sometimes plays movies on the projector. Room was nice and clean and big. Hotel is close to ximending only 5-10 min walk and across the road, great location. There is also a cute hello kitty themed 7-11 just 2min walk out to the main road.

Very convenient (convenient stores literally beside the hotel). Walking distance from train station and Ximen Ding. The staff is polite and the lounge offers free snacks and games

We stayed 7 days in this hotel. The room is clean although it’s a little bit small for two persons. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is a credit. It’s convenient and easy to reach out to MRT and restaurants. The MRT is next to the hotel. I’ll stay there if I have a trip to Taipei again.

Love it. The location, the snack... all are perfict

We have stayed here multiple times and enjoy the atmosphere and the area very much. However, it is very difficult to book laundry room as there's only one machine .

It’s located quite near ximending and have covenience stores downstairs, but I’ll never stay in this hotel again. Super duper cold during winter and aircon not adjusting to the temperature we set. Literally freezing at night. Was given mini portable heater instead that will “heat up” the person nearest to it but the others will still be cold. My children kept waking up with a flu throughout the nights and the staff said there’s nothing else they could do. Requested for more heaters but they say other rooms need as well lol means all their rooms are not prepared for winter period. Imagine being cold outside and still cold in the hotel. By the way I booked the “VIP suite”. Totally not of VIP standard. Not worth the price, could have stayed at a much better place. Room is super small for VIP when it’s supposed to be for family, and it looks totally different from the images on their booking website. Daily cleaning only clear rubbish and change towel. Imagine if you stay for a longer period. The toilet… the bed sheets… I found hair on their bedsheet too when I first check in. Service was below average as well. The staff look like they don’t want to be there and don’t want you to talk to them. Only perk is really the gaming area and free snacks at the lobby. I would rather have a decent room to stay instead. There’s many items they don’t provide as well, even basic items like hand soap and I had to buy myself. Will not recommend.

The location is fantastic, conveniently close to both bus and train stations. While the room is somewhat small, it is still quite decent. However, the sound of water moving through the drain was noticeable.

Great value hotel. Amenities and staff are excellent. Would stay again next time I visit

The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Would be better to have cleaning of room once every two days instead of just changing the linen and towels.

Close to transportation and shopping hub

Unfriendly staff. Terrible laundry experience. Will definitely avoid this property next time.
