Highest new hotel at best location and right by my childhood home at 漢口街 in 西門町! I am forever in love with the area and plan to come back to visit Taipei whenever possible.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. The location was incredibly convenient—easily accessible by bus, subway, and taxi, making it simple to get around the city. While Ximending is a lively and bustling area, once inside the hotel, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. The hotel staff provided thoughtful amenities, including fresh towels and bottled water every day, which added a nice touch to the experience. I also really appreciated the luggage storage service, available both before check-in and after check-out—it made travel logistics much easier. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated stay in Taipei!

From the moment we arrived at the Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel in Taipei, we were impressed by the modern yet warm ambiance and the exceptional level of service. The hotel is perfectly located very near to Ximen MRT station—which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. Whether we were heading out for food adventures or sightseeing, everything was easily accessible. The room was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, and we especially appreciated the spacious layout, high-quality amenities, and a well-equipped bathroom that included a separate shower and bath. The views of the city skyline from our room were an added bonus. Staff were consistently polite, professional, and eager to help with anything we needed. From helping with restaurant recommendations to giving local tips, their hospitality really made a difference. We also loved the quiet, relaxing atmosphere after a long day exploring Taipei. Despite being in a lively area, the room was perfectly insulated from any noise, allowing for peaceful, uninterrupted rest. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. It combines Japanese-style hospitality with the energy of Taipei’s most vibrant district. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
