已經第二次入住，下次會再來，十分滿意

地點十分方便，但隔音差小小，有時深夜會聽到車聲，員工非常好，親切，房間很乾淨舒適，唯一要扣分是廁所沒有潔手皂液，因廁所和洗澡是分開，只有洗澡果邊有，如如廁後洗手要過洗澡位，所以如在廁所位放皂液會更方便。

地點超方便，就在西門站3號出口旁邊，飯店旁邊有7–11，過兩條馬路就到西門町，超級方便。 而且不會很吵，房間隔音很好，完全聽不到任何聲音，很靜。 房間很乾淨整潔，沒有任何異味，整體來說非常滿意。 VIP送了兩個小袋子，很可愛。check in check out都很方便，有自助的機器。 升降機有三台，不用等很久。下次也會再選擇這裏。 只有一個點是不完美的，就是吹風機很弱

地點在西門町站旁，樓下有7-Eleven，對面是西門町步行街，空間感很大，有露台，有提供很多體貼的一次性產品，例如蚊貼，降溫貼…讚。

Our stay at Sotetsu Grand Fresa was wonderful! The hotel staff were very proactive and attentive in offering help, which made our trip much smoother. The facilities are almost brand new, well-equipped, and met all our needs. The room was spacious, bright, and spotless, with excellent soundproofing for a peaceful rest. The bed was perfectly comfortable, giving us a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the full-height glazed windows, not only did they let in plenty of natural light, but they also offered a direct view of the Ximen landmark rainbow. The night view was especially stunning. Highly recommended!

坐廁洗手間應加一瓶洗手液/垃圾桶太細/沖涼房要加一個扶手以免滑倒。

住宿環境非常好，特別是攜帶小朋友，空間大，環境衛生，位置便利，樓下又有Cafe，7-11。

All excellent. Except that the hotel does not operare its own restaurants. So if meets typhoon and heavy raining, difficult to take meals.

酒店就在捷運站「西門」旁邊，在3號出口一上來走幾步就到酒店，交通非常方便，亦方便去台北景點。 而且酒店就在西門町對面，購物方便。 酒店大堂的服務員親切有禮，服務及時，辦理入住、退房、寄宿行李也很暢順，解說亦很清晰。 房間乾淨，而且寛敞舒適，下次再來台北，我也會選擇入住這間酒店。

Grand Fresa Taipei Ximending is a relatively new hotel, conveniently located in the heart of Ximending, right next to MRT Exit 3, making it easily accessible even with large luggage. I chose this hotel because I’ve stayed at their Japan properties before and was impressed by their excellent service and facilities, so I wanted to try this one. The check-in process was seamless, with proactive staff assistance. The room was spacious, around 400 square feet, with two large beds, a separate bathroom and toilet (equipped with a Japanese bidet), and ample luggage storage space. The air conditioning was strong, and the facilities were thoughtful, including a TV displaying hotel amenities’ usage, though the washing machine status was inaccurate after two days, which the staff should check. The major issue was the extremely low shower water pressure, which felt like a trickle and made showering uncomfortable. Given Taiwan’s current heat, I needed to shower and change every afternoon, but the weak water pressure was frustrating. If this is for environmental reasons, it’s counterproductive—low pressure extends shower time to 30 minutes, compared to 10-15 minutes with strong pressure, undermining water-saving goals. I urge the hotel to address this issue promptly. Aside from the water pressure problem, the hotel is nearly perfect.
