T.X Art Apartmant

Ruangan besar dan bagus walau sedikit berbau, tetapi interior bagus, saya sendiri dapat kamar buat 4 orang, ada kulkas dan pemanas air, lampu terang, Water heater berfungsi baik. Lokasi di seberang Papa Whale Hotel Yaitu ART Inn hotel, Ada elevator sehingga tidak perlu naik tangga dan traveler dengan koper bisa nyaman, Daerah dekat dengan komanding dan stasiun terdekat ada di Qimen jalur MRT hijau dan biru.

The apartment was in another building with the checking counter. The Staff can’t speak english. The bed was not soft, the pillow too old and big television couldn’t see

Beds are uncomfortable. Inner springs of beds are already visible and got body aches for our 5 days stay here. There is also someone opened our door while we are resting inside the room.

Staffs are not informative, approachable and friendly, but everything else is fine.

Good accommodation with spacious room, comfy bed. But the hotel is actually few walks from the reception, which is a bit inconvenient

It looks better than the photo. It’s bigger than I thought and really comfortable. But the kitchen and toilet was a little bit dirty. Staffs at front desk were really polite but staffs in the building were quite rude. However the hotel located in the middle of Ximending. Just 5 minutes walk from hotel to Ximen MRT.

The check in place was located behind the actual apartment, it's named as InnHotel, and the actual apartment was located beside Papa Whale. The room was nice and convenient enough, and it's affordable! Also located very near with night market.

It’s was convenient place to walk around Ximending shopping area.

good, the only problem is the reception and the room not in same building, we have to find the reception ourselves, they did not answer our phone, service and room condition is okay

The apartment was simple, clean, quiet, and make us comfortable to stay, problem handling was also quick and solved, really near to shops and stores and Ximen Night Market. We will stay there again and again.

The address is different from indicated location.

Firstly, please indicate that guests need to check in at a different hotel because T.X Apartment doesn't have any signage telling that it was the hotel we were looking for. And it isn't registered to google maps yet. Reviews kinda helped us. People left comments regarding checking in at another hotel first then being transferred to T.X Apartment. At the hotel, they provided us free bottled-water (first day only) and toiletries. The room we rented for 4 days has everything we needed. TV, electric kettle, laundry machine, mini refrigerator. The bathroom is clean. It has a hot/cold shower. Kudos to the hotel employee who tried really hard to communicate with us in English since we don't speak Mandarin. Thank you so much! Overall, the hotel room was okay. The location is really great! Roam around and you will see surprises at every street!

ห้องพักกว้าง เตียงใหญ่แต่คุณภาพไม่ดี ที่สำคัญสุดคือห้องพักไม่สะอาด นอนแล้วรู้สึกคันตัว ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องความสะอาดนะครับ

It's really comfy and has enough space for 6 of us.

Room is very small, the room service does not automatically make the bed & clean the room, you have to ask for it everyday. The hot water has no pressure.
