Absolutely loved our stay here!! Every single staff member was thoughtful, helpful & went out of their way to make our stay more pleasant. The facilities were top notch, well maintained and clean.

Good Location for the family relaxing but little bit expensive

Overall stay was pleasant, minor shortfalls …need a solution for mosquitoes even indoor facilities can find lots of mosquitoes and their phones are always not reachable.

You can have a wonderful time at Happy Hour every night. From eight pm to ten pm, you can get wine, beer,orange juice and so on for free and enjoy the live band for two hours. What an amazing night it is!

Great for family with small kids

A lot of kids activities but due to rain many were not accessible.

The resort is beautifully built and maintained inside and out. Facilities are clean and well taken care of, including quite a few outdoor activities for the kids. Lounge personnel could have used a bit more service training.

Ideal resort for families. Lots of activities for kids, 2 pools, so if it gets cold , there is always an option for indoor warm pool. Breakfast had a decent spread. Facilities open for a good deal of time.

The resort is wonderful for kids, quiet, and comfortable. Unfortunately the room service and restaurant service were very slow and the food is mediocre. We’re happily returning for another stay and hope they can improve these things.

1. Room was not ready until 4pm. The receptionist at check in counter was like “well, its normal after the weekend”. Then why don’t u prepare more manpower during the weekend for housekeeping if you know this happens every week? 2. The room we stayed in (327) had absolutely no view. My family also stayed in family suite at same floor and one of the window was facing a wall. A suite? Really? 3. When asked for adopter, the service center said they don’t have it at resort. Do you only take local tourist? 4. The pool was packed and there’s no enough sun chair. So many guests just occupied the pool bar table and towels everywhere. The scene feels like a public beach. 5. Very pricey, the room is aging and can find mold in the bathroom. Not worth the price

The stay was comfortable, however we did see some cleanliness issue with the personal hygiene service provided. Some of the attire seem recycled for use.
