We loved to stay in Baridi, all the staff Is very very kind, gentle, smiling and educated, It was like to stay at home. Privacy Is good, the beach Is 1min far

Ottimo luogo in cui soggiornare.

Struttura molto accogliente sia in relazione al personale che ci ha amorevolmente seguito (Fatima) sia per la conformazione della camera con balcone ad uso singolo dove viene servita una squisita e abbondante colazione. L'accesso al mare dall'uscita secondaria (accanto al Bravo Club) è molto comodo, peccato che risulti molto trascurato ma essendo utilizzato anche dai locali è normale.

This is good property but would need extra care to bring it go to place. Our rooms were not ready upon check in due to electrical problems. The appliances in the kitchen are faulty and electrocutes when plugged in. Raised the issues but not addressed. The tv remote did not have batteries on checking in and it took more than 24 hours to get it working. The manager tried to charge extra 2 dollars per night per guest that was no where stated during booking or listed in the receipt. The staff were nice and absolutely friendly and helpful.

The complete Team was so lovely and friendly. If you have questions or problems they help. We will come back again . I miss all now . Thank you for all 🙏

Unfortunately, there were long periods of power outages that also resulted in no water. During these times, there was no communication on how the staff could assist us in the best way possible, such as providing basic emergency equipment like flashlights and access to fetching water for the toilet.

I have absolutely nothing but praise for my experience of the stay here!! Everything including the initial welcome and attention to detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible with introduction and knowledgeable instructions on how to navigate the local population and experience! Huge thank you to Mr Baridi, Fatouma and Salome for your hospitality and please know that we’re most definitely returning! Thank you also to Mr Bape the accommodation’s driver who was most reliable in helping us explore the whole of Zanzibar! We (being a group of three females), felt very secure and in good hands when travelling around the island with him. Thank you so much!

Top star for the staff. Very friendly and nice people. Manager was very nice and you could see his effort in providing a good stay for the guests. It is also very close to the beach (50m) however the way is very narrow and can be a little uncomfortable when it gets dark and you walk alone. For the price you pay, this is an excellent choice. Keep in mind though that the standard in Tanzania is very low in general.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre spacieuse et agréable. Climatisation peu efficace car température bloquée sur l’appareil. Petit déjeuner trop simple et identique tous les matins, dommage. Piscine très agréable et végétation très bien entretenue.

Very nice and comfy hotel. So nice staff and not at all scary for 2 young girls to walk down to the beach at night. We recommend.

Would definitely return! Greeted beautifully! Wonderful staff! It is such a lush, beautiful haven that is tucked away by the beach! We were helped graciously finding the place and when we arrived it was all very peaceful inside. I particularly enjoyed the gardens and gorgeous plant surroundings. It's a very quiet and peaceful place and has its own walkway to the beach. The vibe was great in this little oasis. Lovely breakfast, too! Thank you and special thanks to Salome who was the absolute sweetest at making sure we were accomodated.

È una struttura ben curata e tenuta benissimo, nuova e pulita. Il personale è di una gentilezza e dolcezza unica. Il problema è il caldo, l’aria condizionata non ha funzionato quasi mai per via della corrente non stabile.

Ally e le su collaboratrici sono sempre cordiali e disponibili, camere pulite e confortevoli, colazione buonissima e abbondante. A 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Kiwengwa. Ritornerò sicuramente al Baridi nella mia prossima vacanza.

Das Chef Ally und seine Hausdamen sind sehr freundlich und nett. Es gibt eine private Terrasse für jedes Zimmer. Der Weg zum Strand dauert nur 2 Minuten. Es gibt in der nahen Umgebung überall Märkte, Restaurants und Bars. Preis + Leistung stimmt hier absolut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.

Staying at this family's villa was a very nice experience, and Ali helped us make arrangements to go on different excursions and arrange ferry pick ups. However for two single females, it wasn't the best choice of accommodation because reaching the beach requires unlocking gates and walking down a steep path and at night, we didn't feel comfortable walking past neighbors and men who were outside. It was also stressful to watch our belongings while we swam and people walked past, so we ended up switching our accommodation to join our friends at the nearby resort where we could truly relax. However, if you're a man you may feel more comfortable here, I know the Swedish men who stayed there at the same time as us were very happy with their stay. This is a great property for a budget traveler who doesn't mind making some concessions to save money on their holiday. The breakfast is very nice in the mornings and the staff is wonderful. No wifi in my room which was hard.
