We are repeat customers and we’ve always had a great experience here! Excellent customer service, beautiful facilities, and great food on-site with incredible scenery. Watching the sunrise through a sea view window is worth a visit by itself!
The only critique I’d have is that the hot water doesn’t get very hot in the shower/bath, but you do have a kettle available if need be. Besides that, this is a hotel I’d recommend for a true luxury experience!

Had the Moroccan scrub and massage - felt wonderful but I was a little worried about all the water wasted. The room was also a bit cool - might have been nice for it to be lightly steamy (like a mild sauna).

I stayed there for 3 nights and I did not see house keeping. I notified front desk about it and was told house keeping will be there shortly. What a lie that was. The first night I was there , I was told I could not eat in the restaurants because they had reservations. I have never heard such a thing. They don’t have variety of food either.

It is an absolutely magical spot. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The inly slight criticism that I have is that the building itself is a little dated and there are always problems with TV signal. I would not mind if there was not TV in my room but as the rooms have a TV, my expectation is that is should work.
