196 townhouse is in a small alley in Phraya Si street, Fuengnakorn road. Easiest way to come to the house is to use GRAB to call taxi. google map - https://goo.gl/maps/C5RAu4nsEMp For GRAB, input – 'Sung Potchana' in Pharanakorn district. You can double check to confirm that there’s the Saranrom park nearby in the map location. Or tell the taxi driver to go to Wat Ratbopit or Ministry of Interior on Fuengnakorn road. Below is the written directions in Thai that you can show to the driver for locating the alley. ไป ถนนเฟื่องนคร ซอยพระยาศรี ซอยอยู่ติดกับวัดราชบพิธ ใกล้กระทรวงมหาดไทย (ใกล้ถนนเจริญกรุงด้านสนามหลวง คนละทางกับเจริญกรุงบางรัก) โทรถามทางที่ 0969546565 หรือ 0639655656 ได้ครับ ลงด่วนยมราช ตรงมาราชดำเนิน ถึงแยกคอกวัวเลี้ยวซ้ายผ่านศาลเจ้าพ่อเสือ แล้วข้ามไฟแดงแรก วิ่งตรงไปผ่านกระทรวงมหาดไทย ผ่านวัดราชบพิธ พอพ้นวัดด้านขวาคือซอยพระยาศรี ปากซอยมีธนาคารกรุงไทย (ป้ายธนาคารเล็ก) เข้าซอยแล้วจอดที่ลานจอดรถด้านซ้าย ถ้ามาจากถนนเจริญกรุง เลี้ยวขวาเข้าถนนเฟื่องนครตรงสี่กั๊กพระยาศรี แล้วเลี้ยวซ้ายเข้าซอยแรกตรงธนาคารกรุงไทย ถ้าไปถึงคลองหรือวัดราชบพิธก็เลยซอยแล้ว Where the taxi park, there must be a parking lot on your left (if not, you are in the wrong place, call us immediately). The small alley to the house is right in the middle of the parking lot. We are in the same row as the blue townhouse. Walk into that alley and the house is the second last one on your right. The alley is not tidy but it is very safe. A note about taxi - taxi from the Donmuang airport queue, you need to add Bt50 mandatory fee and Donmuang tollway fee (Bt100 - if used) and expressway fee (Bt50 - if used) to the meter. Meter should be around Bt300. Expressway is pretty much needed but Donmuang tollway is useful only during evening rush hour. - taxi from Suwannabhumi airport queue, you need to add Bt50 mandatory fee and expressway (Bt75) fee (if used).
