ไม่มีความพร้อมอะไรสักอย่าง น้ำดื่มสกปรกมาก ที่นอนไม่สะอาด ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นเหม็น ด้านนอกระเบียงฝุ่นเยอะมาก พนักงานต้อนรับก็ไม่มีสักคน ไปบ่าย2กว่าต้องไปรออีกห้องนึงเพราะยังทำความสะอาดไม่เสร็จ กว่าจะเสร็จก4โมงกว่าา นี่คือทำความสะอาด? ห้องก็ต่างจากรูปเยอะมาก ของที่บอกว่ามี ก็ไม่เป็นอย่างที่หวัง ขนาดผ้าเช็ดตัวยังไม่มีให้ละยังต้องไปซื้อเอง พนักงานไม่มีความรับผิดชอบ

รายละเอียดห้องแจ้งไม่ชัดเจน ไม่ได้พักตามห้องที่จอง พนักงานบอกว่าห้องปรับปรุง แต่จริงๆแล้วให้คนอื่นพัก ทางพนักงานให้พักชั้น 3 แทน ซึ่งห้องอับมาก แดดส่องร้อน ใกล้แทงก์น้ำ มีเสียงดังเวลาใช้น้ำ ห้องน้ำรวม ประตูห้องน้ำมีช่อง สามารถมองเห็นข้างในได้ บริการแย่มากๆๆ เป็นตึกแถวเล็ก บันไดชัน ไกลจากย่านเมืองเก่า ไม่สามารถเดินไปได้
