6th Avenue Surin Beach

It is located in a remote area. But only ten minutes walking to beach. Clean and new. Breakfast do not have a lot choices but is delicate. The pool is a PLUS.

I will never stay here again. Terrible.

AVOID! Before we even got here, finding the location on the map proved difficult for some reason? A warning sign perhaps? I’m not convinced this isn’t just a very cheap room in a very cheap tenement block. The “reception” was filthy, a dusty router, clutter and untucked shirts gave a substandard but honest appraisal of what to expect with the room! The lack of attention to detail / upkeep was evident throughout the building including the corridors, rooms, lack of window cleaning and no safety lighting… “Security” was non-existent! The security gentleman on the door was so engrossed in the video on his phone I don’t think we ever clocked eyes. The lack of security continued inside with the internal keycard door between reception and the lifts being fully removed for half of the week for no apparent reason. Even before approaching the room, the corridor was dark, austere and set the tone for what was to be with the accommodation itself. Upon entering the accommodation, in short it was dismal! Just to point out up front, this wasn’t a case of cleanliness or anything that could be rectified during the stay itself but a clear desire by the owners to go for a cheap / flat pack model of accommodation; all frills were most definitely spared and the photos on the internet were clearly staged and when this place was fresher and new… Immediately upon entering the accommodation, the room smelt damp, all furntiure was cheap and upkeep was non existent. I didnt do much research before coming since it eas a spontaneous 3 day trip and the plan for us was to stay at the beach clubs all day. For the price l paid l didnt expect much but l still didnt expect for all the furnitures to be so worn oit and my aircon was leaking water. They fixed my aircon rigth away and l got free breakfsdt as compensation but only cuz l ask for it.

The room had a nice kitchen and rooftop pool had beautiful views! Great location to walk to Surin Beach.

I spent 5 nights at this hotel with my partner. Our studio was very spacious, bright and cleaned. The swimming pool area and the breakfast were also spot on. Good, quiet location, near Surin Beach and many typical restaurants and massage places

Always a great spot to stay. Walking distance to restaurants, two great beaches, clean building and accommodation with a beautiful rooftop pool.

This was our second visit here. We love the kitchenette since we like to stay in for breakfast. The fold-out sofa is great although we didn’t need it. 7-11 very close by as well as other stores. On-site garage a huge bonus. We loved it!

Billigt hotell med bra standard för billigt pris. Otroligt skönt område med mycket fina ställen i närheten. Det fanns många olika stränder nära och bra restauranger det är många locals i detta område så det är lugnt och skönt känns väldigt tryggt. Nice gym och pool samt bra frukost / lunch möjligheter på hotellet

Room was comfortable and quiet. It would be great to stay there for a longer period of time. I only book one night before moving to another location in Phuket. But I’d stay there again.

Worse experience ever. The building is very old and dirty . Rooms are very old . Have very old and noisy A/C . Most of rooms don’t have even hot water . Worse experience . Very old building .
