ห้องพักสะอาด คุ้มค่า แต่ห้อง standard ไม่มีระเบียงเหมือนในรูป วิวด้านหลังโรมแรมมีแต่กองขยะ สระว่ายน้ำมีขนาดเล็ก

The room is clean, staff is smile welcoming clients. Unfortunately TV is not many chanels, cannot see the views clearly as hotel located nearby other buildings.

Love the staff the place and most important is the price was very cheap, breakfast so far so good might be have to add some more variant, and the when we staying there phuket was raining and the room have some leak point but so far not so disturbing. I will come back to this hotel if I go to phuket again xoxo

A very good hotel, nice swimming pool

The hotel was centrally located in Patong and walking distance to bars. The room is pretty big, nice and comfortable at a reasonable price which we were happy about. The thing is that staff were unhelpful, my friend left his shorts and t-shirt at the first room we stayed and when we asked at the reception if there's anything we left, they said 'we found nothing'. I don't know if they were just lazy enough to find it but we were very sure that my friend left in that room. Secondly, our bathroom door was accidentally locked, I got down to the reception and ask for the keys and it took ages! We had to go down again and again and asked for it several times, which was very annoying. Thirdly, when we were about to check out, (we are still in the room) there was a man not in uniform knocked the door and just went in right away without even asking 'can I come in' or 'room service something' he just went inside the room not saying anything and checked the room for something while we were there. I was like, what? Could they just check It after we leave the room? It's a shame the we like the room we were in it was just a staff problem. I understand that this is not a five star service but I hope management trains their staff at least how hospitality industry should be like.

My friend and I stayed in an atic room which was very nice and unique. We loved it a lot. The room is clean and comfortable. Location is great as well as we could walk from the Hotel to the night market it's pretty much centrally located. But the staff was a bit cool. However, overall recommended.

No recommend hotel for family traveling with kids
