Good area good for a night but windows do not open and bathroom smells a bit. But nice bed, it’s okay for a few nights if you don’t mind that stuff

For the price this place cannot be beat. Amazing location near night market (but I prefer fresh market- even closer and cheaper). Nice pool and 5 min walk to the beach. They will give you towels but it’s also easy to walk along the beach and snag a lounger and umbrella at a bar or resort if you buy a drink or two. Perfectly clean and comfy staff was amazing!

Veldig fin beliggenhet i forhold til både strand og uteliv. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening, god seng og stort kjøleskap, men… hotellet er gammelt og nedslitt og renholdet var så som så til tross for bra med tips hver dag. Bassenget er lite og søtt, og det hadde vi stort sett for oss selv når vi ville benytte det, stort pluss!

Hotel near the Lamai Beach, you can reach it walking for 5 minutes. On the Lamai walking street, full of restaurants and shops

They upgraded me to the family suite which was huge 🤗 and i thought wow is this how rich people live, lol. Sao the manager was so helpful and nice, i hated to leave. I would highly recommended staying here if you are in Samui! Great location everything was within walking distance friendly shops staff and of course a seven eleven just a stone throw away for all my needs. You can't go wrong.

Nice hotel. Has the amenities to be a small apartment with small alcove with a dish sink and kettle. It it located next to the fresh food market and inexpensive laundry service is right across the street. It is also close to the beach and the walk street for shopping and restaurants. I found a great little French breakfast place just down the street- La Fabrique.

We were not fans, the location vs price compared to others is poor. The staff was not welcoming and unprofessional, and the room was gross and uncomfortable. We immediately found another place to stay close by, on the beach for cheaper and were much happier. Just wanted to save 1 person from making the same mistake.

Really enjoyed my stay here nice clean room and for the price was really good. I stay on samui alot and this will be my favourite place in lamai now. Small pool which I didnt use but was nice to sit round at night. The staff were friendly and I had a problem with the fridge which was sorted out straight away. English channel on TV which is getting harder to find here. And a small sink to wash up if needed kettle supplied. Was quiet And a small walk to the beach and restaurants

Very nice hotel with a very kind and helpful staff. My room was excellent. The location is very central for all amenities and the beach.

Good 3 star mini hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Little noisey from balcony windows as busy soi/street outside otherwise great for the price. Small adequate swimming pool and about 400m from lamai beach. Food and bars and massage right outside the hotel. Modern air conditioning, nicely decorated. Stayed top floor. No lift

Hotel was really nice--rooms clean and comfortable, swimming pool, etc. I was the only one staying there but the staff was great about everything. The entrance is a little bit tricky to find, but the area was great. I will stay here again!

Personal very welcoming and dedicated and a location very well located for restaurants and downtown very close to the beach and amenities

Room was lovely and spacious and staff were very friendly. When the night Market is on, it is right outside the hotel, so could watch it all from the balcony at night. Only complaint is that the bed was quite hard.

Kleinschalig, fijne locatie in lamai; strand, markt en eetgelegenheden <5 min loopafstand. Engels bij personeel kan beter, maar zeer betrokken en behulpzaam.
