Amora Beach Resort Phuket

Overall we’re pretty satisfied with our stay, room is clean and spacious, thanks for the upgrade btw 🙏. We had dinner in the ISLA restaurant, food is amazing!! Swimming pool is not crowd, very kids friendly, and it’s so close to the beach which is another reason we want to stay here. I noticed that Aroma is a pretty new hotel, so here are some suggestions for your improvement according to my personal experience: 1. The air conditioning is not responsive, room is so humid and hot when we checked in, after calling the front desk, the lady said it takes 10 mins for it to work. Well, I’m not sure it’s the settings of the Mitsubishi air-con, if so, would be nice if you can have your staff to switch on the air-con before your guest check-in the room. 2. The “Make up room” and “DND” buttons are very confusing, it’s hard to distinguish it’s on / off, you don’t expect your guests have to learn and guess is it on or not, I’d rather prefer the traditional way to put the sign on the handle instead, 100% of people should know what to do. After not having someone to clean up for 2 days, I have to call front desk again and I was being questioned did I turn the make up room light on, well, it makes me feel like I’m being blamed, not good service at all… 3. Have your engineer to check the TV remote battery regularly, it’s not really a good experience I have to call the 3rd time to the front desk to ask for battery replacement, and I have to call again after no one show up in 10 mins…

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. We had some issues with our room which annoyed us a bit but they gave us a complementary upgrade to compensate for it which made us more than happy Overall a great hotel, would recommend

It’s truly beautiful. Somewhat quiet - a little too far if you’re wanting the busier tourist spots like Patong but taxis do go there - use BOLT though it’s cheaper and more reliable. The staff are so kind and friendly. Not lots of vegetarian options on the menu HOWEVER they will 100% make anything they have vegetarian for you with no issues at all. A few more breakky options for vegetarians though would be amazing but honestly can’t fault them. Looks EXACTLY like the pictures too!!

The staff were exceptional and attentive. We enjoyed our stay. I would like to thank the hotel staff for kindly caring for my daughter when she injured her leg from falling off a bike. They assisted her up and even cleaned her wounds well enough until she could get professional medical assistance. Thank you!

Some hits and misses. The hotel room was nice and spacious, King sized bed large enough for Asian size… I was in room 224. Bathroom had bath tub although personally I prefer standing shower. Sink’s stopper did not always work well. It become “ stuck” .. water was almost overflowing while the tap leaked as well. Room ‘s aircon was good. Adjustable. Balcony facing the dining area was pleasant too. Can suntan at the balcony. Low rise property. No lifts Two pools and beachfront area. Deck chairs plenty for low season. Nora beach was not opened whej I was here on 9 June 2025, the weather was erratic due to the winds and some rain spots. Morning tends to have good sun. Staff at reception was kind to let me leave the room ar 230 PM as it was low season. Nearby had a few eateries but not that many.

Good clean rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots to do at the same time very quiet for those who just want no crowds.

Honnêtement j'ai du vivre l'une des pires expérience hôtelière en Thaïlande, ma première chambre fut horrible avec aucune isolation sonore, une salle de bain avec un pommeau de douche non extensible aucune prise a proximité de mon lit. Et le staff de l'accueil fût non professionnel et non compréhensible sur plusieurs points. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Je met des photos pour appuyer mes propos.

Fint hotell, med rent och fräscht rum. Dock var sängen och kuddarna extremt hårda. Viss personal var inte service minded alls. Det gick inte att bada i havet för det var alldeles för strömt och höga vågor. Stranden var jätte smutsig av allt som blåst upp. Precis bredvid solstolarna på stranden fanns en beach club, där var det konstant extremt hög musik oavsett tid på dagen. Vi kommer välja annat hotell nästa gång.

Nettes Hotel, viele Russen. Check in nicht vor 15:00 möglich. Lage direkt am Strand.

We pay for 4 nights and since the first night was a big storm we could get to the hotel since all taxi drivers were canceling on us. We lost one night that was already pay but they decided do not give us any refund or any compensation as a credit for the inconvenience. The manager VERA was very rude and didn’t even let me talk. The hotel its nice need more cleaning.

We really enjoyed our stay here and didn’t want to leave! The resort is beautiful, always spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially, one of the supervisors Benz, Sue in the Isla restaurant, and Pham in the spa! The location is right on the beach which was fantastic. Very glad we chose Amora for our trip.

Property layout opened nicely outwards to the beach area offering unobstructed view, not narrow or closed in. Staff were exceptional. The NORA beach club was nicely designed as a lounge or restaurant but took up too much beach frontage for members only. The dinner options at the resort were limited and buffet priced unrealistically high for the variety and quality of food served.

The floor in our room was broken, and it was stop in the zink in the shower so all the water vent out in the room, we needed to pay 14 days before arrival, even we booked this hotel and get an confirmation to pay at the arrival.

Dejligt resort med lækre faciliteter. Lidt bøvlet indtjekning-som vi brokkede os over- og som medførte vi fik forlænget vores check ud tid. Selve stedet var dejligt - og lækre pools med pool bars etc - og indbydende Beach Bar- men desværre også trist med gæster der bare optager solsenge med håndklæder uden at bruge dem. Der var lidt restauranter i nærheden ellers skulle man gå 30 min eller tage en vogn for at komme til et spisecourt hvor der var mange lækre restauranter.

Had an amazing experience staying at this resort. The staff was great, and very accessible. Massage appointments were easy to book and the massage itself were great. Nora Beach Club was next to the property and was pricey.

This property is right on the beach, a lovely soft sand beach! It was my first time in Asia and this was a great introduction. The people were helpful, friendly, smiley. I would stay at this hotel again!
