We have got an upgrade from the two bed rooms pool villa to the sea view residence. The place is so nice that we don't even need to go out. Hang out at the pool side and all private. We have a butler to take care of us. The drawback is there are only two restaurants. Overall, it is a very good place to relax and unwind yourself.

Amazing experience in the hotel. Staffs are very nice and patient. Facilities inside the room and gym room are clean and well maintained. The breakfast are good even not much choices. Breakfast are much better than the expensive Thai food dinner on the same restaurant. Spa environment is good but the massage skills of the master is not the best in Phuket. Spa is still worth for money when there are some discount offers.

硬件上是一間非常漂亮的酒店，但軟件方面達不到水平。lobby服務，club car接送服務，shuttle bus服務，checkout服務都有延誤及疏忽，可得出員工之間溝通之間出現很多問題，令人不舒服及失望。明顯人手嚴重不足，常常令客人等很久，及再三致電確認才有服務。

酒店很漂亮 就在海边 沙滩的沙比较粗 不可以游泳 其他都还可以 沙滩边有很多小螃蟹可以抓 房间干净 工作人员很热情 服务很好 除了出行不方便外 其他都很好 吃饭只能在酒店 最近吃饭的地方开车需要20多分钟

Perfect for people who rent car. Need around 20 - 30 minutes drive for shopping or dining. Very nice staff and hotel. Excellent breakfast with a lot of juice choice, you can make your own mocktail.
But if you plan not to drive, the taxi fare will be very expensive.....

酒店及客房整齊清潔，員工個個都好有禮貌，服務態度良好，另外設施亦好齊全，自助式早餐豐富，環境寧靜，我曾經在酒店內吃過兩次晚餐，分別是泰式同西式，㕑師手勢都很好，味道十分鮮美，但唯一缺點就是酒店位置較為荒僻，坐的士去巴東要四十分鐘車程，去附近小市場也要十五分鐘，但如果你要享受一個寧靜而又舒適的浪漫假期，這小小的時間就要付出

Breakfast are much better than the expensive Thai food dinner on the same restaurant. Spa environment is good but the massage skills of the master is not the best in Phuket. Spa is still worth for money when there are some discount offers.
