十分后悔订了这里，交通十分不便，附近没有饭店餐饮，我们住在那三天，天天出门都要花费3百株打车，三天下来打车就已经用了两千株（2小3大），离奥南吃街很远，步行必须半小时才到，酒店是家族生意，前台应该系主人家，十分没礼貌，一到步6岁小孩也要加收2百株1天，而且收钱后是什么服务也没有，床没加，毛巾什么也没加，也不包小孩早餐.早餐差评，只是一人点一份，分量超小，还没什么选择.前台说话大声，什么都说酒店规定的，错了她也不认错，把责任推在客人身上，还说你可以在网上投诉的，真是野蛮人，大家不要订这里，气死人了，没质素！Very sorry for this, the traffic is very inconvenient, no restaurants nearby, we live in the three day, go out every day to spend 2 to 300 strains of the taxi, three days down the taxi is two thousand lines (2 small 3), from Ao Nang eat Street far, must walk half an hour to get there, the hotel is a family the Department of the main business, should people, very rude, a 6 year old child to step to the additional 200 strains for 1 days, and after the money is also not what services, without bed towels, what did not add, do not pack children breakfast. Hotel location is a little bit far from everything, but nice room and service. Breakfast is just OK, you have a very simple menu. Hotel room is super nice. Pool is good too. Good for people over 40+... People under 30 might not like it.

Not for people wanting a resort vibe. Perfect for those used to hostels. The pool was filthy and unfit for swimming. The staff (though limited) were lovely if you spoke to them as humans and didn’t not expect them to wait on you hand and foot

Hadde et fantastisk opphold på hotellet. Resepsjonisten var helt utrolig service innstilt og det var den beste servicen vi har hatt! Veldig hyggelig dame som hjalp oss med alt fra å finne aktiviteter til en grei pris med henting og skaffe oss taxier! Også veldig greit lagt opp med shuttle busser som går frem og tilbake til sentrum.

We liked the nice resort, the pool and the friendly staff and that it is calm and relaxing far away from the crowds. Rooms are nice breakfast fine and the food is very good.

Spacious rooms, which were clean and basic. The hotel is very dated, and looks much better in the photos. A bit off the beaten track but we knew that when we booked and we liked how peaceful it was. Room not cleaned one day, despite leaving the sign out, and cleaned another day but no towels. Room door was not shut or locked properly by house keeping two days in a row - putting our belongings at risk. Shower was crude but functional, and toilet paper couldn’t be flushed. Breakfast was poor. We were asked to pay for a missing glass - we neither broke or stole it and I was left feeling like I was in the wrong. A shame as could be lovely.

Avis mitigé pour cette hôtel ! À première vue tout est mignon , l’emplacement n’est pas très loin du centre mais assez loin pour être au calme . Le lit malheureusement est un peu dur et avec des ressors donc nous avions demandé de changer de chambre la ce n’était pas possible car toutes les chambres avait le même matelas apparemment , nous devions avoir un sur matelas mais là encore nous ne l’avons pas eu . Mais le pire c’est le bruit de la Clim même au minimum c’est infernal. Sinon l’accueil était très bien nous avons loué un scooter pour 250 bath par jour donc parfait mais attention le Check out est à 11h (c’est souvent à 12h en Thaïlande)nous avons eu la femme de ménage qui a débarqué un peu en furie dans la chambre pas top pour un départ !

Lovely hotel with friendly staff who were always willing to help. Outside the busy resort of Ao Nang and very peaceful. Great shuttle service to the resort. Pool area needs a bit of an update but not a major issue. Everything was immaculate. Great little escape from the busy resort. We will be back 🙂

This was our favorite stay in Thailand. Bhiraya was so helpful the entire time. We got there at 9:30pm without letting her know that we were getting in so late, and she waited for us to come in. When we asked what food was still open, she called a Thai restaurant that does free shuttle service to come pick us up even though they were basically closed. They also have scooters to rent, which was so convenient. When we told them we were gonna drive it very far, she had her guys do extra maintenance checks to ensure we were able to make it there and back. Excellent service all around; can't get more value than that.

Clean and quiet, a little bit far away from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang ,good if you rent a bike.

Jäime majutusega rahule. Ülihea teenindus, tähelepanelik ja hooliv. Hotell ei asu suurte teede ääres, rahulik. Kindlatel kellaaegadel liikuv hotelli transfeer oli väga asjalik. Parim rand asus kõige lähemal. Hommikusöök lihtne, aga piisav. Toad puhtad.

Beautiful nice and clean ,nice pool,big rooms,service minded staff,Su is very nice and joufull.A bit far away from the city senter,but they drive for free several times a day.Will recomede this hotel if you want some quiet days on your vacation.

Greit hotell med fin beliggenhet. Dessverre skuffer det på flere områder som gjør at vi ikke vil anbefale dette hotellet til andre. Svært dårlig service, på grensen til arrogant. Det første vi fikk høre ved innsjekk var hvor billig pris vi hadde fått gjennom hotels.com. Hele holdingen til personalet fikk oss til å føle oss uvelkomne fra første stund. Vi spiste første lunsjen i hotellets restaurant. Restauranten hadde ingen andre gjester enn oss, det hadde den ikke de 10 dagene vi bodde der for utenom til frokost. Lunsjen resulterte i matforgiftning for to av familiemedlemmene. En av oss ble innlagt på sykehuset, hvor det ble tatt prøver og det ble konstatert at matforgiftningen stammet fra denne lunsjen. Heldigvis fikk vedkommende effektiv behandling, og var frisk igjen ca en uke etter. Hunder og katter går løse rundt på hotellet inkl i hotellets kjøkken. De gjør fra seg på teppene og diverse steder både inne og ute. Det ene hotellrommet vårt var svært skittent med bl a dyre-ekskrementer på gulvet (gekko, rotter eller mus), brukt håndsåpe, dusjen var så seig at man måtte bruke sandaler og sengetøyet ble ikke skiftet under oppholdet. Shuttle-bussen til byen går til stadighet før tiden. Da vi spurte om hvorfor, fikk vi streng beskjed om å komme tidligere og at de fulgte sitt eget ur. Elendig frokost og kjøkken generelt. De siste dagene fjernet de alt, selv juice. Alt måtte bestilles fra kjøkkenet pga for få gjester med frokost inkludert. Styr unna!

The hotel was dated and everything was to much trouble For them. on my booking I requested a baby cot, when we arrived there wasn’t one in the room not only that they had put us on the 2nd floor with no lift, we asked to be moved but there wasn’t any rooms available until our second week, so for the first week we had to lug 2 prams up and down the stairs, we asked to be moved to the ground floor, which was such a hard ship for them to swap a booking before they checked in. I also injured my knee whilst on holiday and asked for some ice A few times to take down the swelling, after the second time they told me I had to get it myself as I was taking up to much of there time, so I didn’t ask again! The swimming pool was filthy. Food service was shocking, we ordered a small lunch for our children we waited 30mins to be told it was sent to the wrong table, where they ate it, so they had to cook it again we waited another 10-15mins for one plate to be sent out and the second one followed around 15mins later! Bearing in mind we ordered two of the same dish! We ordered Food a few times Thinking it might have just been a busy day but on average we waited at least 30-45mins for two plates of lunch, and most of the time there wasn’t anyone in the restaurant. when we complained about the slow service and hairs in our food we got shouted at and they said “we don’t need your money, you can leave and stay somewhere else”. Would not recommended this hotel! They made us feel unwelcome.

Very nice place to stay. Very good location, also they offer transport services to the beach every hour. The staff are very friendly. I recommend this place, mainly to stay with family - so cozy!

Andamanee Boutique Resort is an idyllic hotel 10 minutes by shuttle to Ao Nang Beach. The hotel provides free shuttle service and pick-up every 2 hours. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We stayed there for 10 days and enjoyed every single day. Staff also assist with booking boat trips. We had a lovely speedboat trip to four of Phi Phi Islands. I can highly recommend the hotel if you don't want to stay amidst crowds and traffic noise. The hotel is ideal for families with children. I add a picture with a view from the room we had.
