Angsana Laguna Phuket

This is our third time to Angsana. It is a nice place with nice pool and 1min walk to the beach. Nearby with small shopping area. Within resort area have free shuttle bus and ferry.

渡假村裡有自己的湖泊真的很棒，可以免費遊湖以及玩水上活動（獨木舟、SUP、帆船），還有超長的泳池，泳池活動也很有趣，水上溜滑梯、踩板道、水上排球、水上足球，都很有趣！設施很齊全：）。可以直接通往沙灘也超棒的，還有數量充足的躺椅，很舒適。甚至有免費接駁公車，可以到附近的市集逛逛，非常方便。

員工服務態度很好，有禮貌，每晚回房間時已點好香薰，整個房間氣氛很舒適。酒店不是新的，很多地方都需要進行維修保養，例如海灘酒吧，及一些房間。

都幾滿意, 不過太多昆蟲, 令我們很害怕, 最可惜晚餐想在酒店內食用很不方便, 幾乎無選擇, 至於泳池, 啲水比較不清潔, 不過整體唔錯.

I was there for a conference. Their service is outstanding, providing nice tea, sugar and cool towel for welcome. During my stay, I don’t have any bad experience and the service persona are hospitable.

早餐是最好的！住宿整體不錯，員工也很禮貌！其他餐廳食物有點小和價格較貴，質素不太好。這樣要住客外出用餐。但渡假村離市鎮較遠！

I was stayed in a villa which is about 1Km away from the hotel. The environment is very good. However, if you want to enjoy the facilities provided by the hotel, you have to take a 5 mins bus back to the hotel. Sometimes, I have to wait 20 mins for the bus.

員工服務態度十分好，環境優美，食物有水評. 房間大但不太明亮，若提供usb插頭會好一點。 總括仍然是高評價。相信日後會再度入住。

Nice room, good view and nice staff in spa. We enjoy the spa.

At the outset of my trip, I was a bit disappointed with the bathroom facilities of Pool Villa I stayed and the attitude of staff in Market Place (for buffet breakfast), which, with due respect, did not live up to the quality as one of the best resorts in Phuket. I expressed my view about this when I was invited to fill in Expedia questionnaire on the second day of my stay, merely hoping to leave an useful reference when others use Expedia website. However, out of my expectation, the Reservation Manager contacted me swiftly to address my concerns and her team made awesome follow up until the last day of my stay, which without the slightest doubt significantly enhance my overall impression on Angsana. Really, 'd like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Janet, Nira and Roman.

1) Buffet dinner --- The main topic "seafood" at that night, not enough seafood for selection. The buffet dinner price is over charges. 2) Buffet breakfast --- the room is too small, cannot fit into many people.

環境和設備都很好，但管理真的很難叫人認同為布吉top10酒店。 -首先是VIP+ 酒店，+Silver member想問有沒有早餐提供，Expedia hotline同事表示需要自行email酒店問，但直至check in 後都沒有人回覆。就算在Expedia 訂單中問酒店仍是不回覆，想double confirm 訂單也不行，真有點不安。 - 入住的Angsana Laguna Phuket中的三房泳池別墅并非位於Angsana別墅區，雖然出入有點不便，但有shuttle 仍不是大問題。可是6人房，我們5人入住用但大多只有4人用具。用具連棉花棒也不會refill, 入住過最小家的5星級酒店。Villa很大，乾淨，但裝修陳舊，不美。 - 酒店職員有禮貌，但不helpful，要求甚麼都拒絕，簡單到想借條HDMI線都索性說我們的smart tv不是smart tv就算 -酒店職員推介去食xana seafood bbq buffet，約THB1,500，是我人生食過最難食的 buffet...我的沒想到在布吉酒店可以吃到不新鮮的海鮮，大開眼戒。在這種偏遠的resort預了在度假區玩一整天，因此食物或其他付費設施比較貴也不是問題，但質素要好呀!

我們入住的是兩房泳池邊套房單位， 客廳很大 ，兩個房間空間也充足， 客廳一出露台便可以跳落泳池非常方便！ 度假酒店整體設施都不錯 ，但有部分細節設備及服務水準可以再改善或提高！ 整體來說都是滿意的！

This is a good place to stay as long as you’re not bothered by needing to walk a long distance just to get to your room. The pool is very large and nice and this hotel is overall great.

It’s our second time to stay in this hotel. We live in the 3 bedroom pool residence this time. The rooms are clean and the pool is great! It’s a bit inconvenient as we have to take shuttle bus every time to go to the main hotel building, however, the residence is quiet with high privacy and the bus driving time is less than 10 mins. The water pressure is not strong but still fine. The air con was not working in one of our rooms in the first night which really affected our sleep but the hotel staff was efficient to fix the air con and settle the issues the next morning, which was impressive. In overall, we enjoy staying in this beautiful hotel.

Nice hotel with an excellent pool. Friendly staff with sincere attitude. Excellent spa inside the hotel.

Unstable electricity ( no electricity supply for few hours), ask you to give extra charges although you can refuse, location inconvenient, beach not suitable for swimming
