Rauhaa ja hiljaisuutta etsivälle juuri sopiva paikka. Hyvää ruokaa ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Tulen uudelleen joskus.

The chalet was basic but had everything you needed and it was clean. The lady owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. She was informative and chatty and made excellent food. There is no night ilfe there but the resort had a small restaurant and bar and this was more than adequate. we went for a quiet holiday and it was just that. No complaints from me. There is not really a real sandy beach but it was ok. The sea was clear. Of course it was the low season and the rainy season but we still enjoyed the stay made memorable by liam the lady owner.I would recommend it if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Meravigliosa posizione, proprietari davvero gentili e disponibili. Romantico e tranquillo. Possibilità di noleggiare scooter ed attrezzatura x lo snorkeling. Ha davanti un pezzo ben conservato di barriera corallina. Comodo per spostarsi anche sulle altre isole. Consigliatissimo. Ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore. Grazie.

Das Ao Pong Ressort liegt unmittelbar beim Ao Nid Pier. Die Unterkunft ist recht klein und ruhig gelegen, mit einem kleinen Privatstrand. Leixer habeich mir am etsten Abend dort das Bein gebrochen (Motorbike). Das Personal war super hilfreich und unterstūtzten mich beim humpeln indem sie mich festhielten, So Das ich mein Gleichgewicht nicht verlieren konnte.Das Essen in ihrem Restaurant war sehr schmackhaft zubereitet. DasPreis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmte.Dort im Ressort kann man Ausflūge, oder Bootfshrten buchen und wurdedabeigut beraten.vor Ort gab es ein Motorbikeverleih und der nächste Supermarkt nur 400 Meter entfernt. Wer eine Ruhe Unterkunft mit gutem Essen, und nettem Personal ohne großen Komfort wünscht ist dort gut aufgehoben. Ich wohnte aber auch in der Standartunterkunft, also das billigste Zimmer dort. Mir hat es gereicht, denn es bot alles was man braucht. Denn tagsūber wollte ich lieber draußen am Strand liegen als vorm TV. Das einzigste Problem warum ich dort dann auch nach zwei Nächten weg bin, die Hūtte war nur ūber zehn Stufen zu erreichen. Also mit gebrochenem Bein sehr schwierig zu erreichen. Man sollte sich vielleicht Armeisenspray mitnehmen, den die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Wasser und hinter ihr Grūn mit Pflanzen. Das Bett sehr bequem. Gut dort geschlafen weil angenehm ruhig.

The property, the area, the people who work there were all terrific. When we arrived, it seemed like a small community of friendly neighbors rather than just "guests". Our neighbors were very friendly and helpful as well as the staff. The only complaint while small is that the bathroom towels could have been better. But, while there are some things to do around the island, we found oursleves content with simply returning to the resort and having a relaxing day on the beach in the pleasant atmosphere provided. In my opinion, it is the most beautiful area on the island.

Die Deluxe Bunglaows haben tollen Meeresblick, der Strand ist keine 10 Meter entfernt und man schläft mit Merresrauschen im Ohr ein. Insgesamt eine nette kleine und ruhige Anlage, genau richtig wenn man nur das Meer, ein gutes Buch und seine Ruhe sucht.

Vi bodde i de gamla rummen. Stället var ok. Inget speciellt. Med tanke på vad ett rum kostar så kan man inte förvänta sig mer. Värdparet var väldigt trevliga och det var mysigt att ligga i hängmattorna på den lilla stranden. Städning och bäddning varannan dag. Vi åt frukost på ett ställe i närheten vilket var super. Maten i övrigt var god. Vi hyrde dock moped och åkte iväg.

Fint sted! Meget fin strand for snorkling rett utenfor døra! Hvis man skal være mere enn 1 til 2 nettet blr man bestille deluxs! 👍

Aopong Resort was exactly what I needed: it was quiet, calm, serene, simple and the owner is forthcoming and friendly. There's a bakery, steak house, convenience store and the Koh Mak temple just up the road. The resort is also within close distance of a pier, a good point to get to and off the island. There are many stray dogs on Koh Mak, but they are used to lots of people being around and are therefore no threat. The food offered at Aopong Resort's restaurant is delicious and can be purchased at a reasonable price. The restaurant is basically just the owner's cooking but she is a really good cook. You can rent a small motorcycle directly from the resort for 250 Baht (for 24 hours) which is not the cheapest on the island but definitely a reasonable price. As the resort is rather quiet it's possible that most guests will keep to themselves. Aopong is the perfect place to relax, read, enjoy the view and the good food, and with a motorcycle or taxi you can easily discover the rest of the island.

Muy buen sitio, muy tranquilo y con muy buena calidad de sueño. Buen restaurante con buenos precios. La mujer que lleva el resort es muy profesional y amable. Muy contento con este sitio, no tanto con Hoteles.com puesto que me ha salido más caro reservarlo con Hoteles.com que directamente con el resort.

Hard cheap beds. Not a resort. Dangerous stairs to the room. Under various stages of repair/renovation.

A wonderful bungalo next to a beautyful beach. Very friednly and lovely staff. Great food in the restaurant. We took the simpelst bungalo. It was very nice but simple. You get very much for the price! We would highliy recomend this place.

Super nettes, hilfsbereites und fleißiges Personal! Kleiner Bungalow direkt am Strand. Wirklich traumhaft. Einige BungalowsBungalow waren zwar schon ein bisschen älter, aber genau das passte wunderbar zum Flair dieser "einfachen", aber unglaublich sympathischen Insel. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! :)
