只有位罝是比較好的，房間不是相片的樣本，雪柜是壞的，沒有房間可換，只得一間，可能其他的房間還再差!

Bad experience at all. The room was not clean, the coat hangers were full of dust. The water supply was suddenly terminated during shower. The lift was not clean.

地點方便,行至Big C大約15分鐘,沿途多間飲食,SPA及當地產品店舖,亦有多間兌換店!

I checked this hotel in Expedia and everything meets my expectation. But, I felt disappointed until I checked in. TV's remote does not work. Smelly in the room. There's noise downstairs as my room just above the place where renovation took place. I requested to chsnge to another room, the switch button of the ceiling fan was worn out. When the hotel staff helped me to turn it on, I cannot turn it off without the tool after the staff left. Toilet flushing was not strong enough. While I was resting due to illness, I head several guys outside my door tlking loud and tried to open my door. Don't know what's the problem. Lunckily I put the door knot on. They knocked my door so I answered to let them know someone is staying. Also. It' a non-smoking hotel but they allow guest smoke in the restaurant. The only good thi.g is it closes to everything and you can go for a drink in the nearby nice hotels nearby. But I won't be staying there again.

與其他大洒店差不多位置(例如，holiday inn express)但是價格平宜，也近海灘，極好。會再來，及介紹朋友

Not enough receptionist at front desk, slow check in and check out process. But the room is good, comfortable and clean

地點很好.步行3分鐘便可到達巴東海灘.早上可以在海灘漫步.黄昏可以欣賞日落美景.

房間乾淨 近海灘 附近好多好味餐廳 價格平 唯一不太好就是不夠熱水洗澡 但這個價錢還是很驚喜

Very close to patong beach, only 10-15mins walk to the biggest shopping mall in patong and lots of nice restaurants on the street!

The hairdry doesnt work , it only work a few second then it will no reaction airomatically . I’d ask the receiption staff to change another one, they said they will check after 20min. But no body come so far! Until the second day, i’d request afain to check the hair dry , they said that will do, finally , I check out , no body come to fix the problem ! I stayed at room-303 for three days !

Very poor facilities , no hair dryer , dirty room and bed The fan on the roof is very annoying and distributing Only stairs are provided , won't recommend people to come here

The room is very comfortable and clean. I like the fan provided in the room. Strongly recommend the massage near the hotel as the price is cheaper than those near the beach!
