夜班接待员的服务态度很差。房间门很难锁。雨季的时候，房间门前有驱蚊水的味道。规矩比五星级酒店还多。

酒店很不错，只是距离奥南市区有点远，但对于喜欢安静环境而又不喜欢城市噪音的人来说，还是推荐这家酒店。

干净、崭新的酒店，距离市中心稍远。

Room was so good, clean, comfy, close to aonang beach. Will be definitely come back!

ความพร้อมในด้านการบริการน้อยมาก passwordก็ต้องมีการร้องขอถึงจะได้ ทีวีในห้องสัญญาณขาดๆหายๆแจ้งไปก็ไม่ได้รับการแก้ไขจากทางโรงแรม การเช็คเอาท์ล้าช้ากว่าจะได้เงินรับเงินคืน อาหารเช้าไม่ชัดเจนมีแต่กาแฟและขนมเท่านั้น ซึ่งไม่น่าจะใช่อาหารเช้า

ชักโครกกดใช้งานไม่ได้ค่ะ พนักงานแจ้งว่าเพราะมีแขกเข้าพักเยอะ

ได้เข้าพักที่ อาคาร2 ห้องพักเหมือนในรูปค่ะ สะอาด นอนสบาย ผ้าขนหนูหอมมาก จะมีเสียงรบกวนจากห้องอื่นบ้างหากมีการตะโกนคุยกันของลูกค้าห้องอื่น อยากให้ปรับปรุงลิฟท์ค่ะ “ ลิฟท์มืดมาก ” ผนังลิฟท์ เป็นสีดำ ไฟในลิฟท์เป็นสีม่วง คนที่สายตาปกติ ยังรู้สึกว่ามืด เปิดลิฟท์ไป ได้เจอกับลูกค้าห้องอื่น เป็นผู้สูงอายุ 2 ท่านลงลิฟท์มา ยืนงง อยู่ในลิฟท์นานมาก เพราะ มองไม่ค่อยเห็น

ทางเข้าอาจจะดูเล็กแต่เข้าไปแล้วสถานที่จอดรถกว้างขวางพนักงานบริการดีมาก

จองชั้น สูง กลับให้ห้องชั้น 1 น้ำก้อไม่ไหล หยดติ่งๆๆ

The room was clean, great view from our balcony, and the pool was stunning. It's alright, but we just didn't feel like it was worth our money. The water heater was leaking, which we were really concerned lest an electric shock happens. They did come up to fix but locked the heater and forgot to unlock so my wife had to do without hot water for the night. To top it off, the breakfast included was ready made meals that you would be better off without. Aside from the accommodation, no extra help was provided - no laundry, no trip or transport info help. They would make us ask the tour sales guy outside the door for all these info which we're really not comfortable doing. They were nice enough to let us leave our luggage after check out for a day trip.

No towel for the beach, breakfast is low quality sandwich. Slippers in the room are not disposable.

Nice place, budget friendly. Staff friendly. Clean. Tour agency available at the entrance hotel. Very helpful and friendly as well. Price was cheap!
