CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING Standard occupancy is 18 guests (16 adults + 2 kids). Kids allowed for free are 12 years old and below. Maximum 2 extra beds are allowed in the villa available at USD 50++ per person per night. ENTERTAINMENT - Apple TV (Kitchen and Cinema/Media room) - Netflix & Smart TV (available in all bedrooms and TV room) - Indoor Sound System - 2 Media projectors (Indoor - Cinema room with projector and blackout curtains & Outdoor - Roll down screen + projector for viewing from pool Sala and bar) - CD/DVD player - Board Games - Karaoke KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, juicer, blender, toaster, BBQ, stove top (electric & gas). Indoor dining area can sit up to 24 persons. Outdoor dining area can sit up to 10-18 persons. More people can be accommodated if other villas in Chai Talay Estate are booked together. - Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets). Chef shopping service and pre-arrival shopping service is available at grocery bill + 20% handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. - An additional kitchen hand is required if either one of the following conditions apply: (i) the number of staying adults in the villa is 14 persons or more (ii) the number of staying guests including children in the villa is 18 persons or more - Meals will be served buffet-style or in two sittings as required. If a la carte style is preferred, an additional chef may be required. - An additional kitchen hand costs THB1,000++ per day whereas an additional chef costs THB2,500++ per day. Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT. POOL AREA 4 swimming pools: - 1 infinity pool (5.5m x 22m x 1.45m) - 1 pool bar (4.8m x 1.8m x 1.2m) - 1 children's pool (2.5m x 5m x 0.5m) - 1 wading pool (5m x 3m x 0.4m) - 6 sunbeds with 4 pool umbrellas, 2 to 4 massage beds, 4 beach beds with umbrellas SERVICES AT EXTRA CHARGE - Early check-in and Late check-out may be organized and is subject to availability - Laundry service is available at extra cost and must be paid at the time incurred or at the time of departure. - Car rental can be arranged with full insurance coverage, with or without driver (Note: Baan Kilee driver is charged at Taxi rate) - Baby sitting service upon request and availability (THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Minimum of 4 hours in advance booking is required) - In-villa spa treatment with extended menu - Use of shared Tennis Court EVENTS - Outdoor: 80 guests and up to 150 guests if booked together with neighboring villas; Cinema Room: 20 guests; Dining Area (fan only): Up to 70 guests - Minimum Nights: 3 nights (Intermediate & High), 5 nights (Peak), 7 nights (Christmas and New Year) - Event fees: USD 1,200 (subject to 7% tax) for up to 80 guests; USD 1,500 (subject to 7% tax) for up to 150 guests. - For smaller group events (under 25 people) using the villa’s own facilities and staff, a coordination fee of THB 10,000 is required. - An additional fee of THB 2,000 has to be provided to the Villa Manager, payable by the event organizer for the indirect support given (please note that this is not considered as a tip). - Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected. - Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected. - Higher security deposit of THB 300,000 will be collected should pool platforms are required for the event. - Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required. - Guest are required to have an event organizer when an event fee is charged. - Pre and post event day events are allowed and can be arranged by the staff for casual setting (up to 50 guests) with a separate fee of USD 300-600 + 7% tax. - For any events/ weddings with more than 80 guests, it may be required to book 2 villas in the Chai Talay Estate to use the beachfront lawn. - For any events/ weddings of more than 120, it may be required to book all 3 villas in the Chai Talay Estate subject to the style of the wedding. - Chai Talay weddings and event fee is reduced to 50% when 2 or more villas are booked for 5 nights. - Outdoor music curfew is until 12 midnight only. Parties may continue until 2am if held indoor in the breakfast room. - Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach. - Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event. - Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
