Throughout my stay, Jenny consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Her warm and welcoming attitude made me feel valued as a guest, and her attention to detail was truly remarkable. Furthermore, I would like to highlight the exceptional privacy standards maintained by your hotel. I greatly appreciated the high level of privacy and security provided, which significantly contributed to my overall satisfaction during my stay. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at your hotel, I would like to bring to your attention a minor issue regarding the inconsistency of water pressure in the shower. There were instances where the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, which could be improved to ensure a more comfortable showering experience. I believe that addressing this issue will further enhance the already outstanding facilities and services provided by your establishment. Fantastic experience! I enjoyed every single moment! They have free facility of the water sport for the hotel guests, which save us lots of time and money! The staffs are really nice :) the only thing was fair which is the breakfast, other than that, everything was great! Amazing sea view with white soft sand, the beach area is very clean! Much better than the other 5* hotels that I have stayed in Phuket. Love it

今次已經係第二次入住複式villas ！ 上次入住是在2017年職員仍然記得我們！ 這次酒店更換了有冷氣升降纜車很好！ 住01客房已沒有纜車d噪音問題！ 早餐餐廳職員記性非常好記性！ 例如第一天吃早餐之後就記得我們住那間房號喝什麼咖啡！ Shine SPA treatment 好正！指定時段買一送一！ 入住5天內按了3次！ 美中不足的是酒店沖涼水壓不太穩定時凍時熱！ 下次會再入住！

差评差评差评差评！网上说这里好的我估计全部都是托！我订的全景复式两层！这里写了可入住3人，加两名儿童，我们一共4个女生去，到了后酒店经理态度真的非常差非常坚硬，说只能住2人，你们要住4人可以，另外一人交多4000泰铢，一共就是8000泰铢！？这比我订一间房还贵啊！有没有搞错！我说那我另外订多一个房间，她说满了。我去，我真的服了，根本没看到什么人，说了很久最后交了6000泰铢，可是我也非常不爽！钱都交了你还扣我护照？我还没见过一个酒店要扣人护照的？这也就算了，早餐免费 可是拿回房间一人要交700泰铢，怎么就这么坑啊，这早餐真的有毒，吃完我们四个上吐下泻！路特别绕，找个房间找十几二十分钟我也是醉了...而且酒店房间根本就完全看不到日出日落！房间里蚊虫蚂蚁非常非常非常非常多！多到我发疯！真的很吓人！还好只订了一个晚上，这么大个海边居然没有风...这真的是我有生以来住过最差的一次酒店，这一晚上大概2500左右真的很不值得非常不值得，你们不要去啊！不要住这里！真的体验非常非常不好！搞得心情很差！12点退房，10点50就来检查让我们退房？我服了真的服了，真的不要住这里！

很不错的酒店，有很多丰富的活动，离海滩也很近。美中不足的是早餐不够丰富

The view is amazing! The beach is very clean and beautiful, and it is just in front of my door . Although it located a little far from city centre, hotel provide shuttle to town. The staff are very nice , especially AEH is very helpful . I m sure I will come again .

地點是真的很不方便，不過在布吉都是以的士做基本交通公具的，所以只是費用比較貴，反正都一樣 到了酒店，工作人員已經歡迎我們，然後在大堂裡處理入住文件，大概15分鐘已經可以進房間 雖然所有房間都有階梯，不過酒店人員會安排幫你將行李拿到房間，所以其實不用自己搬 到了房間放眼過去就是泳池，水也夠深有1.2米，面前就是美麗的大海超級舒服 房間裡床很大，而且有另1張對著外面泳池的床也很好躺，廁所只有1條布檔著，大大的時候應該整個房間都是氣味 酒店包含的早餐質素也很不錯，吃過了早餐就到海灘游泳，因為海灘就近餐廳，所以可以帶備毛巾 雖然花比較多時間在車程上，可是我是覺得是值得的

全間酒店員工服務都很好，好友線 ，感覺舒服，房間整潔，環境舒適，唯一小問題是冷熱水比較難調

度假村非常迷人，坐落在一個美麗安靜又乾淨的海灘上。景色優美寧靜，環景讓人可以很放鬆，客房配有自己的私人小型遊泳池，有着極好的景緻，員工們都很好也都很親切，時常會對你微笑。如果你想要放鬆、享受沙灘和陽光這裡是最佳的地方。

1.resturant is good (pad mee is good), staff is very nice, the lead is efficient, polite, friendly with smile, 2.carpark is limited, got 5-6spaces, we got no problems though,3.can enjoy drinks from fridge, awesome, but charge for refill, 4. Beach is awesome, less people, very clean, but nothing to see for snorkelling, 5.views from room:very good, view from room pool, very disappointed, that blocked from roof,6.bath doesnt look clean for a bath,7.curtain cannot block sunlight completely.8, too many stairs, 9.deposit can be returned in 2weeks, but hopefully can return in a quicker time.10.there is a clever design when returning from beach for feet washing. 11.2 restaurants recommended, Brasserie Yacht Club @ Ao Yon Beach (300m, can access from beach); 'Ao yon seaside'very cheap and tasty, modern and new(just 1 month), around 15 mins on foot?12.surprisingly lots of traffic at airport/patong

我們是11/1入住，剛好遇到電車不能使用，去餐廳跟海邊不太方便，海灘需要再乾淨點，房間有小蟲但不影響，景觀視野常棒，服務人員非常好，整體來說是不錯，如果等整修完成會是一間很棒的飯店

It was near a beautiful beach which beach was so clean & calm like private. But the shower in my room was twice out of work needed urgent repairs & changed the water pipe. I'm very disappointed for this.

今次入住唯一感到不滿意的就是3點半才能Checkin 比原定時間遲了1hr30mins. 早餐ok!steak night晚餐buffet質素一般因為近海食物都變泠了. room service性價比比較好和好食! 酒店新客房大!基本上所有villa私隱度不高!

房間可看海, 很舒服. 員工很友善. 不過要行樓梯上落, 纜車比較慢. 晚上餐廳內有男女合唱合奏,歌聲很美妙/ 地點較偏遠, 由機場乘車要一小時, 附近沒有餐廳/便利店.

Staff are super nice. But really far away from the centre. Spent much money on transport.

I suggest adding a number on the menu so that it will be convenient for the guests to order a meal.

its good experience stay there, relaxing, nice open view , boring in one restaruant only, no other choice, cos need take time and taxi out , staff have internal miscomunicate , we have two rooms for 4 of u and always chatiing in one room however suddenly front desk ask us have extra person stay in my room , its make us unhappy , plastic cup broken need paid 300baht, we spend almost 7000baht for going out sight seeing , we reserve daily lesson from Front desk but no staff , wifi is very weak
