PROS: cheapest hotel i think in bangkok,room is decent: complimentary water, hot shower and toilet side by side, got a sofa, bed is comfy, room is airconditioned, room has tv with netflix, friendly helpful staff CONS: more like a motel(simplest hotel)location not strategic, not near to any metro, or tourist spots,kinda far out,need to use grab to move around, no nearby cafes,only 7-11 unless you dont mind roadside stalls close to roadside( might be difficult to communicate with the seller), toilet sink was leaking initialy, and water was taking long time to drain in shower room, managed to get a better room, but shower room was still clogged up, a lil odour around the hallway, and both toilet and shower room is very small, crampy, mosquitoes in the room(not many), and very hard to find the hotel,even the grab couldnt find overall i dont recommend staying here at all, unless your desperate for a really cheap 'motel' with tight budget

Best place with the best price, even on a big day, e.g., superstar concert on Rajamangala. The owner welcomed me with a warm gesture and was very helpful during the stay. The room was a bit dusty, but the helper was agile to clean it right away. Great overall experience.
