For what we paid, the hotel was great. Walking distance to everything, shopping and restaurants.

Organised very late check in. No problems key was on reception desk. No lift, Ha room on 2nd floor. Room 207 had singles beds. Bed linens and towels seemed clean. Very small bathroom. No soap or shampoo or free water provided. Never saw any staff checked in at midnight, checked out 0630hrs.

Great locations, the non air condition room was great, the fan worked well and we were never hot. Great value overall

Meh. Ok, it's one of the cheapest places in Bangkok, but is it really worthy?

I stayed here 5 days and would again. Plain yet comfortable, the hosts are super friendly The prime location checked all the boxes what I wanted. Would stay here again.

Authentische Bagpacking Experience. Sagen wir es mal so: Es ist ein Raum. Bett und nichts. Wir haben sehr eindrucksvoll die lokalen Temperaturen erfahren dürfen, da wir das Privileg eines gemächlichen Ventilators hatten. Die Matratze ist so hart wie ein ausgetrocknetes Stück Brot. Das Klo ist dauernd nass und unangenehm, ich ging lieber im Restaurant aufs Klo. Im Klo herrschten tropische und nasse Wetterverhältnisse. Allerdings waren die Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert und wir hatten weder Ratten noch Kakerlaken noch Mücken im Zimmer dank des Netzes. Das Zimmer lässt sich SOGAR abschließen. Wir waren 5 Nächte dort, ich glaube, das ist ein Rekord. Die Lage ist aber top!! Overall oke für den Preis, wer das Abenteuer schätzt und keinen weichen Geldbeutel hat.

The manager, Wang is a great guy. It’s a family operated hotel, so I felt they were looking out for me. It is not 4star, but everything works with lots of international clients. It’s in Rambuttri Village but close to khao San Rd, 5 minute walk, but much more pleasant and better shopping!

It is normally basic guesthouse. For transit from Bangkok somewhere else. 2-3 days is O.K. Koosan road is 5 min walk. Bus S1 in airport also near. No hot water and toilet paper. No soap.

Very clean, good location, good price. And after 11 p.m. quiet as well.

Too hot, no ac, no elevator all of which required me to move to a better hotel. When I tried to check out early, I was refused. Mgr said they had not received payment from Cheap tickets, and would therefore not give me my refund. Boo on Bella Bella, and double boo on CheapTickets ☹️!!!

My friend and I stayed one night here. When we arrived at Bella Bella House we thought they named it wrong because it is not "bella" at all. The room was tiny and stuffy as it literally just fits the bed. We went out early and stayed out as late as we could manage so we wouldn't stay in that room. At night it was so hard to sleep because the bed was really uncomfortable, and there was no ventilation as we just had a ceiling fan. There are 2 bathrooms which are shared amongst the floor - the toilet and the showerhead right next to each other, so everything gets wet. You also have to buy your own toilet paper down at the receptionist which I find odd because we already pay for a service so I think it should be left in the room at least. The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude. Upon check-in, I gave deposit money for the key and I was given a receipt. Upon check-out, the receptionist asked for the receipt so I went back up to get it (I had the key in my hand). While my friend was downstairs, my friend asked for the deposit money and the receptionist just threw the money at my friends face. The receptionist completely lashed out - she said "you guys should have been more organised"..."f*** you", "f*** off", "get out". When I gave her the key she snatched it out of my hand. My friend and I were completely shocked as we never experienced this type of customer service before. We really do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Overall very good everything was fine.

The staff was supr friendly and the room was perfect with a big bed, window and view.

We had a great stay in Bella bella, clean and good price. Food in the restaurant is cheap and delicious. Friendly, and good talking English. To sleep was a little bit difficult because of the other loud tourist on the street, even when we were on the 3th floor, but the guesthouse cant help that..
