Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa

Pretty nice and friendly and helpful staff. Room is very clean. But the room I have (4107) air conditioning has some problem. It's very coldnand cannot adjust the temperature. You can either turn it on or turn it off. And mosquito is a headache too. We found the Electric mosquito coil under the TV second night. Its much better after we light the mosquito coil. Overall still satisfied this stay. Recommended.

Staff are very professional and friendly. They also give us many good advice like some very good local restaurant. beach view is stunning. Pool also very good. Highly recommended.

一踏步酒店的一刻, 職員已經笑容滿面來歡迎你, 登記後便很熱情引領到房間。在酒店內有兩個大的泳池, 衹要步行一分鐘又已經到達沙灘, 可以選擇坐在沙灘享受海風, 亦可選擇坐在泳池旁享受陽光。酒店鄰近有很多餐廳食肆, 非常方便。如果想到市中心、巴東區、酒店定時有穿梭巴士。這是一間放假便要去放鬆享受的酒店。

雖然酒店的地方比較偏僻,但是酒店服務人員態度很好, 連做Massage的姐姐都笑容滿面,令人感覺好舒暢! 酒店附近有24小時Family Mart, 又有好多餐廳, 多Massage店, 正呀!

酒店的房间比较旧，设备设施都很一般，算不上四星级的标准，就在海边，人不算多，作为度假休闲之地挺合适的。

We stayed at the Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort during EDC Thailand 2025, and it was the perfect choice. Just 15-20 minutes from Boat Avenue Lakefront, where EDC is held, the location was incredibly convenient. Beach access was amazing—we could be on the sand or in a beach chair within minutes. The resort is close to a 7-Eleven, where we grabbed snacks, drinks, and Thai Craft Beer, and used the ATM. The area also had plenty of shops for beach gear, souvenirs, and even cannabis dispensaries for those who partake. The breakfast buffet was a standout. Every morning, I enjoyed bacon, eggs, and rice topped with fish sauce, vinegar, and chilis. The condiment bar allowed me to customize my meal perfectly. While the resort’s beer selection was limited, nearby Porto De Phuket’s Tops grocery store had an incredible variety, including imported beers from the US. Although I stuck with Thai Craft Beers most of the time. Massages were affordable at just 500 THB for an hour. The staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us with smiles throughout the property. Basic English was sufficient, but a few Thai phrases made interactions even better. Our room had a small ocean and pool view, though it could be noisy from neighbors at night—earplugs helped. The beach was beautiful, and walking to nearby spots like Catch for drinks was a treat. Highly recommend for EDC attendees or first-time Phuket visitors! Be sure to download Bolt/Grab and use nearby TukTuks for convenience.

Lovely resort in excellent condition. Staff are wonderful. Pools were beautiful even tough we never went in them, we only used the beach. The only thing we wished was addressed is to have a staff member walk the beach area in front of the resort to clean the beach regularly. The garbage that floats up the beach daily, which is not the fault of the resort, but it would be better if the resort would send someone down to clean it up so guests are not swimming in it.

Great hotel, staff and location. Heaps of great food and drink options on the beach and around the hotel. Bangtao is a great spot for a few weeks, unfortunately the beach is covered with single use plastics which wash up all day and night. The guys on the beach do a great cleaning job, but it's a constant fight. Not the fault of the hotel at all, it's humans. Access to the beach is by rock steps which the sea has blown out and sandbags have been added. It's still easy and safe access. Hotel seafood restaurant is terrible, the worst food I ever ate in Thailand. The Barbecue fish platter was all just deep fried and greasy. Including prawns, in shells, battered and deep fried. Horrible and ridiculously expensive (over 2000 bht for two). The staff and hotel facilities are top quality, the rooms are big, have aircon and very clean. The staff are all amazingly helpful and easy to deal with. I would stay here again.

The hotel is nice but a little confusing for all inclusive You can’t order food at the pool bar as you have to pay but can order at the seaside restaurant and it’s included

Relaxing location, quiet and away from major nightlife but enough bars and restaurants to choose from. Hotel itself is good and the pool areas well designed and maintained. Staff are superb. Room large (deluxe seaview) and always clean. It also had adequate amenities. Breakfast was OK but range of options was a tad limited. Beach access outside of rainy season will be great I'm sure. During it high tides and rough seas prevent meaningful access. That said the full Bangtao bay is wonderful.

Das Gute vorweg: Die Mitarbeitenden an Rezeption, Tourverkauf und im Restaurant-Bereich (Lob an die Damen an der Eierstation: die Pankcakes waren Klasse) sind ausgeprochen höflich und freundlich. Das fanden wir wirklich gut, und wir haben schon Einiges gesehen. Unterirdisch, und das meinen wir auch so, ist der Bereich Housekeeping: hier wird grds. nicht gegrüßt und ein Lächeln kann wohl auch nicht erwartet werden (ja, wir haben mehrmals Trinkgeld gegeben). Die Mitarbeiter wirken so, als wäre ihr irdisches Dasein von Last und Qual geprägt. Eine Zumutung ist es auch, dass der Dienst gegen 07:00 Uhr morgens mit einem Höllenlärm begonnen wird. Fairerweise muss gesagt werden, dass unser Zimmer immer sehr ordentlich gereinigt wurde. Zu "guter" Letzt: der Zugang vom Hotelgelände zum Strand ist eine Zumutung! Die Stufen sind bei Nässe spiegelglatt, da von Algen bedeckt, die Geländer wackelig und unsicher; sie reichen nicht mal bis ganz zum Sand hinunter. Ältere oder bewegungseingeschränkte Gäste haben - dies wurde mehrfach beobachtet - erheblich Probleme, sicher zum Strand oder zurück zu gelangen. Snake poison!

Anyone who has ever stayed at a Best Western in the US knows exactly what kind of hotel accommodation it is. I read a few negative reviews and was surprised, no one should complain knowing what a Best Western type hotel actually is. This is much better than those in the USA. Keeping this in mind we were very pleasantly surprised by how nice of a stay we had. This is heavenly Phuket after all. We found the hotel clean, comfortable, pleasant, a very nice cozy lobby, the staff very helpful and sweet, and the pool and the beachside area beautiful. The breakfast area was also quite lovely, the view of Bang Tao beach wonderful to have your breakfast beside. If I had one complaint it would be that the pillows are uncomfortable but that is the only thing I can come up with. A pleasant stay, and we thank the Best Western Premier Bang Tao, we will be back if we are in a pinch ever again in Phuket.

Wir hatte 1 Deluxe Zimmer für 3 Erwachsene gebucht. Beistellbett ist aber eher für Jugendliche geeignet. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, bekamen Upgrade auf einen Bungalow, und danach auf ein Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer wegen zu kleinem Beistellbett. Top. Die Familienbungalows sind etwas außerhalb der Anlage aber kein Problem. Generell ist die Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Liegen waren ausreichend vorhanden. Jetski fahren möglich. Viele Restaurants am Strand entlang und an der Straße. Da wir keine Pauschaltouristen sind war kein Frühstück inkludiert. Wenig Frühstücksauswahl vor Ort sonst alles Vorhanden: Essen, Bar, Massage.. Lage: am Ende eines schönen langen Strandes. Abends eher ruhig. Mit Taxi ist Patong Beach in 1/2 Stunde erreichbar, wer es mal aufregender mag.

I was originally going to book a hotel near Boat Ave, I'm so glad I did not. On the way to Bang Tao from the airport, we drove past this area and it is not very pleasant. The drive from the airport to BWP takes 40 minutes and it is not a smooth ride. BWP is in an excellent position on the beach. Opposite there are 3 reasonable restaurants, a 7/11, money exchange, several atm's, several massage salons and a pharmacy. There is also a taxi service opposite, use them as they charge B100 less than the hotel. I had a deluxe room and it was as described. If you can ask for a room in blocks 1 or 2 as they are closest to reception. The hotel staff are excellent and reception is always staffed. 2 large swimming pools, free yoga classes, hotel main restuarant and a seafood restaurant that I found to be just ok for food. If you walk along the beach to the north, there are many beach shack restaurants set up on the sand. There are also more restaurants and bars in the northern part of the beach, it is a B400 taxi round trip or about a 30 minute walk along the beach. I stayed in Bang Tao for 4 nights and that was probably enough, but for a family on an all includive deal, the hotel offers everything. You can pay cash for food and drinks etc rather than charging it all to your room. I highly recommend it.

Our recent stay at the Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort was a memorable and pleasant one. The staff were always pleasant and accommodating. The room was perfect overlooking the pool and beachfront. The food was delicious, especially the Thai food prepared. The daily massages were the best! We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Beautiful and relaxing hotel that is directly on the beach. Lovely shade trees and palms, plenty of lounges and great pools. Breakfast buffet is excellent.
