Have been staying here for five years now and always delivers. If you on the rare chance have a problem or issue it is always resolved promptly.

We have been coming to this resort for 7years and will always return. Beautiful, luxurious resort, friendliest staff particularly Free and Boy, incredible food and personal welcomes by the amazing General Manager. The place in the world that we most look forward to returning to. We cannot recommend highly enough!

My second floor room was quiet, very clean. Staff are all very friendly and polite. The staff was helpful carrying my baggage upstairs to my room.

Beautiful property!

Beautiful property with a terrific pool and private villas. For whatever reason, they don’t showcase the best photos so make sure to click through all of the pictures. We paid around 10,000thb per night in March for a private villa with a pool, which felt like a good deal. We still went to the resort pool each day to socialize and have a few drinks at the swim up bar (happy hour bogo cocktails for around 300 thb). Breakfast was comparable with all of the other resorts we’ve stayed at in Thailand. The food at the restaurant was resort prices (300thb for pad Thai) but surprisingly good. Small Chang beers for 120thb though so instead walk to a nearby convenience store and stock up for your room for closer to 70thb/large beer. Note, this is not facing a usable beach. Instead it faces small patches of mangroves, but it’s only a few minute walk to the regular Railay beaches. The hotel arranged our private transportation via email the day before our arrival. It was 1200thb and included airport pickup to the Ao Nam Bao pier then a private long tail boat to East Railay Pier. We had to carry our own luggage to the resort along a fully paved sidewalk. The return trip was 1600thb and the bellhops carried our bags to the boat. We’ll definitely be back and we’ll bring pool floats for the villa pool next time :)

Amazing staff, great food and drinks, highly recommended!

L’ensemble du personnel est à l’écoute, serviable, souriant, gentil et réactif. Le cadre est magnifique et verdoyant. Ce séjour a été parfait. Si nous avons l’occasion nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Great position away from crowds of west beach, 30steps away from east beach pier. Not too big not too small, rooms where a great size but maybe showing age. We would stay again though

Excellent hotel in Railay East beach, away from the movement from West beach, spacious room with nice bath tub. Great breakfast, very nice hotel staff. Great pool. Just near by the floating pier which make it easier for logistics.

Staff was delightful! Always friendly and accommodating. Beautiful and spacious room with incredible balcony. Quiet yet walkable to all the best food, entertainment, hikes, beaches and boats. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. Delicious breakfast too…what a spread! Special thanks to Lynn in reception and Boy for going the extra mile, as well as the breakfast and housekeeping staff. Cannot wait to go back. 10/10!!!

Great property in the middle of over crowded garbage

Eating at your restaurant and getting severe food poisoning ruined the last three days of our vacation. The manager tried to insinuate it was due to drinking alcohol, which I don’t drink, other restaurant food - which I hadn’t had in two days, gaslighting me because no one else happened to report getting sick, and dismissing me because I didn’t seek a doctor in the middle of the night in a strange country, she offered to take the rotten hamburger off our tab. Ultimately after paying $200 a night for two days I couldn’t leave our room, she took $50 of food off our bill. Oh, and when checking in, the front desk took snide pleasure in ensuring we weren’t allowed to check in one minute before 2pm. The room was very clean, the bed was very hard (after lying in it for 36 hours it was a cement block), and the pillows were like wood blocks. I won’t post a picture of the trash can of vomit.

Mr. and Mrs. S. stayed here for 11 nights. We were welcomed very nice and warm and felt like home right from the beginning. The resort and its staff is wonderful. The poolarea is great and we enjoyed many happy hours there. Special thanks must be given to the cook of the restaurant. He is understanding his job very well and we enjoyed everything he offers in the large menue. The waiters are also very kind and try to improve the overall experience. Sometimes things go a little weird and not exactly according to international standards. Here a little training could be set up, but this is a thing of the hotel management and certainly and foremost not of the staff itself in a 4* accomodation. Another interesting thing is the hotels neighborhood, an astonishing colllection of CBD shops, mushroom shops, massage shops, minimarkets and laudries, an incredible contrast. Not shure, if this is a good thing for Thailand and/or Krabi in the longterm. "Mai pen rai", the Thai motto when things don't go according to plans, helps a lot! Just smile and enjoy this beautiful resort in this beautiful country of Thailand -:)

This property is lovely. I had a wonderful stay. The food in the restaurant is delicious and actually reasonably priced. The staff are so so friendly and helpful.

Not property's fault, but not clean outside of it.

A cozy establishment which is out of the way. A very nice part of Kata a bit outside of the main drag. A good place to get a look at how the locals live.

The property was beautiful and the location was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. The daily breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of food. The staff and service was fantastic. Everyone was so helpful and kind.
