Good experience except that that the water flow for the in house Jacuzzi is slow that I cannot enjoy the Jacuzzi and the shower of the Jacuzzi cannot be used for cleaning of Jacuzzi...Other than this..everything is perfect.

Everything is good, just no wifi, the bath tub is nice. I understand mosquitos would found in most resort. I need to remind all guest don't leave any left over food in your room, what I experienced I put the dishes (ordered room service) outside my room and I forgot to tell the staff to collect, when I back from dinner, few cockroaches were found eating the left over....The rest is up to standard, I would stay next time

沙滩一流。浮潜点也不错，但要在烈日下步行20分钟才能去到，要求酒店送（主动付费），酒店以各种理由推辞，最后推荐我们参加酒店的浮潜项目就能坐船去，或者等酒店有车去码头就能跟着去少走一点。就这点就可见服务一般。
强制性附加普吉到岛上的来回船运费，还比一般当地船费高出2至3倍，相当于变相加价，这经营手法我从来未在任何五星级酒店遇到过，有点遇到强盗的感觉。
软硬件未达到豪华酒店水准，晚上的海鲜烧烤自助餐选择不少，但最主要的海鲜居然不新鲜，不知道如何评价。

その後アクセスについて再度問い合わせしたが、これにも返答が無かった。

We had an amazing stay here, the hotel was so fancy and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area with bar and the location is Railay was great.

Lovely property, comfortable room, lovely large bed, nice hot shower. Plenty of complimentary water. Good AC, excellent wifi - able to stream Netflix. Staff were delightful, friendly & helpful. My only complaint is the large number of very loud stray cats that cry so much it woke me up a few times in the morning. The pool is lovely & private, great for relaxing but the short walk to the beautiful beaches & restaurants make it the perfect location. Close to boat to catch to Ao Nang Pier to get to Krabi airport
