Room Rate: Considering the current quality and services, the room rate is quite reasonable. This is a plus for those looking for a budget-friendly option without requiring luxury amenities. Cons: 1. Facilities: The hotel seems to have been in use for a while. Issues like a stuck faucet and a noisy air conditioner detracted from my experience. These aspects need improvement to better meet guest needs. 2. Swimming Pool: Although the indoor pool is a nice feature, the water was very cold, and its isolated location made it uncomfortable to walk past the reception area every time I went for a swim. The poolside changing facilities were also quite basic and lacked a proper changing area. 3. Location: The hotel is situated in a rather secluded area with few amenities nearby. This can be inconvenient for those who want to explore the surrounding area or need more accessible services.

The apartment building was old. So I feel little bit creepy. Just it. But have family mart actually beside the apartment.

we booking double or twin room and input special request single 2 beds but boss mansion give double for us, they said if we want twin bed, we have to pay more 300 THB

awesome space but air condition was like 10 wheel bus coming into the room. I will be back when they change air condition.😁😁

The room really good for family vacation! Receptionist serve us well. Really love to staying here. Location near ekkamai bts and ekkamai bus :) So you can go easily to pattaya or another destination. We will going here again, in our next holiday.

It is located near Ekkamai BTS station and Gate Way shopping centre and you can walk there about 10 min. The room is quite big and comfortable and the price is cheap. I really love this hotel and highly recommend.

the air conditioner didn't work well. when the compressor worked, it was very noisy. almost cannot sleep. other things are ok. the room is big and clean.
