I went with a friend in June. The room looked exactly like the photos. We got 2 beds and there was a very nice bathroom and balcony. Well maintained and clean. The rooftop pool was great, you just can’t bring your own drinks or food. Gym was also great. The hotel is located in a building where there is 7/11, McDonald's, tattoo parlour, nightclub and everything you need. Located on a very busy street with great nightlife, street food and activities. It is not a quiet and peaceful place, so i would avoid if that’s what you’re looking for. 1000 baht cash deposit which was given back at the end of the stay. They offer laundry services. Would 100% stay here again.

考山路上最高档的一家酒店，这个应该是连锁的，很规范。地处热闹的考山路，但酒店内很安静，是个闹中取静的好地方。酒店的装修是标准的70年代的美式田园风格，陈设全部都有年龄了，感觉很好。以后到考山路来还会再住这里。

Room was clean and comfortable. Beds have a tall footboard so if you’re tall, your will hit the footboard and not be comfortable. There is an extra charge to use the pool or any other listed amenities. At night, there is a bouncer by the elevator as the entrance to a night club is right beside the elevator. Overall do not recommend.

Receptionist was lovely. Superb location on Khao San Road. Lovely pool. Good gym. We wanted to enjoy Khao San Road in evening so didn’t mind the loudness of the street in hotel as was out all night - if you want an early night it might not be for you ! We loved it - will stay again

If you want to party, this is the place to stay. The part in the street ends at 04:00» in the morning, great pool area. Daytime, you have everything you need within 10 min walk. Would stay again

We asked for a quiet room and were given a large room with balcony on floor 6. Everything worked, staff were friendly, Pool area was nice with umbrellas for shade.
Location wise, it’s a 10 minute walk from the Airport bus stop ( 60 baht each way) and lust a few metres into KhaoSan road.

The staff was kind fairly clean the whole area is a party area easy to find food and drinks soon as you leave the hotel can be quite loud if you have a room with the balcony but if you want to party and have a good time it's great
