Hôtel confortable au calme près de la station BTS, petit déjeuner inclus avec 4 formules au choix. Petit supérette 7 Eleven juste à côté. Personnel très accueillant et professionnel parle anglais et toujours à notre service.

Amazing and kind staff that always go above and beyond. Rooms are cleaned very thoroughly, and present quite modern. Some of the amenity areas and the personal bathrooms are starting to get a little tired though, and need a bit more of a thorough clean. The included breakfast was quite low quality. Very cost effective. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

The staff made this a memorable vacation. They were always there to help with any questions. They recommended tours, sights to see, transportation to sights. A central location for tour stars and end points. The China Town food tour start point was only a 9 minute walk. Rooms and facility were clean, a nice restaurant/bar on the 6th floor and nice relaxing pool. I highly recommend the Cascade Hotel.

I had a lovely stay here. The staff are so friendly and professional. Great cafe downstairs. And the rooms are so new and modern. Would stay here again for sure!

5 Star service, room are comfy and well equipped. TV with casting ability make them a lot better than most hotels already. Staff are excellent!

The staff was friendly especially the doorman and the front desk staff that was in night shift. They saw I was difficult in walking, they showed their concern and the front desk staff passed me the ointment and room key. I felt so warm. Thank you for the kindness! We stayed for 4 nights. The tower and water did not replace started at 3rd day, but we got it after respond. The hotel is located at Wongwian Yai station. 10 minutes to BTS. 7-11 is just beside the hotel. The hotel is new.

New hotel with lovely staff who could not do enough for us. Rooms were smart and stylish and bed was very comfortable. Shower had a full rain head, a normal shower head and also a water fall outlet all in a stylish dark tile very nice. Only complaint from the wife was they need a full length mirror in the main room. Will definitely stay here again when in Bangkok

All staff are so nice and room very good and comfortable, but with some flaws that made this trip go down. First there is no drinking water provide in the room and second is missing amenities such as toothbrush, etc. They need to rechecked the room before sell next time. BTW last time I stayed there, my room have no refrigerator too.
