Open drain flowing behind smelly and disgusting.

We really did enjoy this property. It exceeded or expectation. Front desk staff and check in great facilities lovely clean and welcoming towel service friendly and breakfast very good with lovely attentive staff.
Our ocean view front room was great. We enjoyed the entertainment and the ease of moving from beach to hotel.
Also enjoyed the new night market right behind the hotel. Lots of entertainment fun and great food.
Kids loved the pool and overall place very clean tidy and organized.
Appreciate all the hard working staff and enjoyed our dinner at the beach front bar. Free kids menu was a nice promo!!
Finally the ladies who cleaned the room were great our room was spotless and they were lovely

Originally this booking was for three people, please check your invoice/receipt prior to arrival as I had booked for three people only to find the room was somehow defaulted to two people and had to pay an additional 2,520THB. Debit card not accepted as deposit.
Air con in Room 7206 was not very good, although sea view and room facilities otherwise were good. Location was excellent.

I booked room with pool view and on arrival I got room with sewer view with horrible odor coming out of it. There is no way anyone could open the balcony door not mentioned going to the private pool. Hotel is very noisy very busy. I only eat breakfast there and only fruit because everything else had no taste. The stuff were not helpful. Never going back

This resort exceeded our expectations. The beach area behind the resort is wholesome. You're close to shopping. You can book boat tours near the reception desk. Breakfast is decent. Room service food is good overall. Location is great. We def recommend staying here to anyone! Only complaint was the loud annoying kids next door lol

The property was decent. Rooms were nice and staff very nice and pleasant. The location to the beach and main centre was excellent.
The breakfast was ok -average.
The only downside was not enough towels for the pool area and sun chairs.

Shout out to David and Tina - the two remarkable folks managing the kids activities. You both made a huge difference to our kids and the overall trip - thanks so much!
The hotel is nice - the breakfasts aren't anything you are going to write a review about - but they are fine and varied and not too bad. The restaurant at the beachside pool is very yummy if a bit expensive. Don't miss dinner there with the trio of young ladies singing and the fireshow - lots of fun.
The pools were the highlight of the trip! We were happy to be in one of the poolside family suites and it worked really well for us.
The downside as others have mentioned were the folks at the front desk - perfunctorily friendly and absolutely unhelpful - don't ask them for anything, don't lose anything, don't have any special requests because it's not going to happen. They may acknowledge an issue, but they won't actually do anything about it.
Having said that - it's a nice place with nice people - you'll enjoy it.

Beautiful property! Better than expected! The rooms are very nice and clean. The buffet breakfast was great. The pool area was clean and so was the pool. Nice fresh towels. Very nice staff as well.
Lots of dining along the waterfront as well as quick eats. Lots of stores to shop at and a few 711 and a Watson‘s
I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel”s location is a 10/10. 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to town. The hotel is st the end of the road, so very quiet. Pools are great. We spent our time in the pool overlooking the beach.

Place was great and priced for what it was. Lots of kids but that happens. Good breakfast and great beach access. Nice to be able to walk on the beach from the hotel. I checked out after only staying there 2 nights because I decided to go to Phuket and check it out. I def wish I would have stayed here instead.

In the USA , this property is comparable to. Fairfield Inn by Marriott. We paid a premium to have Ocean view. The room is basic: hair dryer, fridge, hot pot and tea.
The pool on the ocean side is small and has a small bar cafe. The staff were nice.
We previously stayed at the Marriott Resort and Spa on Merlin Beach in Phuket. This property is much more basic.
When we checked in, the staff member had us download their app. It was a bit flakyy to use.

We loved the pool on the beach area and the bonus of pool bar and Starbucks
Right on beach with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas
Staff where lovely
Great breakfast
Rooms were lovely and modern and very clean
We had a swim up room but sat on the chairs at beach
We didn’t have any sun on the pool veranda
Everything is close in walking distance to get food snacks shopping or grab a long tail boat to islands
Would definitely stay again
