house keeping did bad job, staff is unfriendly.. too much noisy ppl in breakfast buffet

Had the most excellent stay at Centara Grand, will definitely come back here each time I come to Bangkok! Location is excellent, connected to CentralWorld where shopping and dining options are amazing. Service is unparalleled - it was my dad’s bday and they sent up a really delicious cake and a very sweet handwritten note with drawings which added such a heartwarming and personalised touch. Thank you so much!! Concierge was also really great in helping to facilitate our laundry service and delivery. Room cleaning folks are super friendly too. Room is very comfy and spacious with a great view. Breakfast has plenty of options, worth a try. Really a wonderful experience :)

Extraordinary hotel. I loved everything from check-in to check-out. There are plenty of restaurant options both in and around the hotel. The staff is excellent.

The experience checking in to the hotel was frustrating. We had just driven 7 hours to get to the hotel and before I knew what was happening my bags were whisked away and I was ushered up to the check in desk which is on floor 23. Of course the first thing asked for was a Passport which was in my bags which had disappeared so then I had to wait for my bags to come back again. I then had to go through the process of learning where everything is and where all the places are in the hotel to spend money and then had to install an app on my phone and be shown all the details on that when all I wanted to do was get to my room and use the bathroom. My room was supposedly upgraded but it was very cramped although the bathroom was spectacular and very spacious. The pool area was nice but service was not very good and the wait time was long, I ordered a cocktail but it was basically a 500thb glass of orange juice that maybe had alcohol in it? The restaurant and buffet breakfast was outstanding though. The main reason for my stay was access to Centralworld but it was not very clear how to access the centre.

We absolutely love this hotel. We’ve been staying here for many years ~ At least 13 or more. Family friendly and never disappoints. The new look renovations to the lobby areas, cafe etc is so beautiful. The Executive Lounge / Club Lounge is a really lovely space. The staff & Management in the Lounge are always incredibly welcoming and accomodating. Location is absolutely incredible ~ food and shopping options are literally endless.

Great location, with in walking distance to Siam Paragon, Platinum and patunam whole sale, and MBK shopping centre. Only a few minutes walk to MRT sky rail systems.

We enjoyed the rooftop dining and bars, as well as the pool, spa and fitness options. It is connected to the Central Workd Mall, so convenient.

We had an amazing time with my family. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Will go back.

Just next to Central World mall & 8 mins walk to Siam Paragon - my all time favorite hotel in BkK
