It was my third time staying at this hotel, but this time I was given a room with dirty bedside drawers. Don't know if it was bug season or not, but there were flies and ants inside the room all the time. Also this time there was no hot water in shower

Best management i ever seen. Staffs always smile on their face. I left my wallet (have ~ 3000 USD inside) at my safety box when i had check out and going to bangkok. I called to the hotel, the manager found my wallet and decided sent me back my wallet from pattaya to my hotel at bangkok in personally at the same day. The manger even count the number of the moneys and write down on the paper, make sure there is no lost . What a great service and manager style i ever seen. Highly recommended this hotel, and this is my best choice to stay at pattaya. One more thanks again to the great management team.

Location was perfect close to everything with the beach just minutes away. Hotel service was a little off, when I request for some ice, I had to bring the ice bucket to the front counter or there was a service fee. I required a make up room service on my way out, then I ended up coming back with the same room not cleaned. Although the price was exceptable, I don’t think I would book another trip with this hotel
