Centara Villas Phuket

風景很好，SPA很棒，客房清潔很好，但硬件設施總有問題，如Wi-Fi，熱水等。客房景色不錯，但部分職員不太專業。

非常推荐入住，我下次去还想入住这家，让人放松下来的度假好地方

酒店位于山上，独栋房子，比较清静，有两个游泳池是亮点，去海滩要步行很久。 入住的第一个晚上洗澡洗到一半变成冷水，前台态度冷漠，修了一个小时，投诉后没有任何道歉。并且第二天又发生同样的情况！ 另外，水管严重老化，龙头出来的水是黄色的，有很浓郁的铁锈味。 进房间钥匙和取电牌绑定在一起只有一个，所以天热的时候进房间会比外面更佳闷热，而且你每次出入都要忍受！ 我们选择的房间阳台有按摩浴缸，不过因为水质和缺乏热水无法使用。 悬崖餐厅的晚餐贵，味道一般。 唯一印象好的是他们接送客人从大厅去房间的司机ken非常热情帮忙。

酒店设施齐全，消费水平亲民，却展现了五星水平（酒店为四星）。临时起意决定求婚，在未按照规定提前24小时通知酒店进行准备的前提下，酒店的员工与经理做出了最大的努力以配合我的计划，这，让我十分感激。

酒店清潔，服務態度好

确实是独栋的小VILLA，确实是带私家大阳台的面海独栋，视野很好，酒店布置也别致很整洁，除了床单像用了很长时间，有磨起球的现象，但秉持环保的原则就没有换，不知道是否普遍现象。卫生间很大，面海别墅没有浴缸，自来水，几个小时不用，刚打开时有黄色锈水的现象，开几秒钟就好了。很大的落地窗，躺床上也能欣赏海景。服务也算贴心，前台和泳池有专门的黄色浴巾可以借，本来只住2天，但mm感觉太好，就没去pp岛，继续在这住到假期结束（延住的时候找前台要3800b，后来还是从hotels订，便宜了不少）。适合在酒店附近走走或者发呆型的度假。 周边完全没有配套，外出一次确实不太方便，到karon海滩确实可以走小路去，10分钟，但有一小段十分的脏乱差要有心理准备。

We stayed in spa villa and the jacuzzi was excellent. No one could see into the room and balcony. We could also use to the swimming pool of Centara Grand Beach Resort, which locates downhill near the beach with oneway shuttle service. A public walkway is also linking the beach in less than 10min walk, but closed in 6:00pm.

Compare the money you paid, it's abviously great. I have booked 3 villas for family vacation, each villa has amazing see view. Everyone enjoy here.

The room is small, but very intimate,because it's villa. Nice staff, good service. Due to on the mountain, there is no restaurant around, but hotel have free van to send you out twice a day, or you could let hotel to call mini van, 400 to Patong beach, very good service, we uesed every day. Overall, the hotel is very good！very beautiful, tutu free pick up to lobby and restaurant. We have good experience at there!

找酒店租摩托比外面贵了近一倍，应该改进阿

Kind stuff and good view

this hotel is beautiful,the room is so good.very close to the beach,the staff is nice.live in this hotel like as live in a green world.but dont try the food in this hotel its expensive and worse

Love the location, surroundings, ambience, the staff, amenities, food and drinks. Too bad the travel agent office has closed else it would be very easy to arrange for sightseeing and day trips. But the reception was equally as helpful. The property location is perfect, not too far from Patong and Karon town to give you the quiet and seclusion, but close enough to access both commercial areas of Patong and Karon town, beach with a short taxi or tuk-tuk ride. Hats off also to the minute details taken care at the property, like Geo (the Management Trainee) who introduced himself and genuinely asked for feedback and engage us as guests, and down to the detailed housekeeping who brought us water each day and takes the effort to call us, even though we put the sign out that room housekeeping was not required. And finally, the music played around the pool area is perfectly suited for the chill atmosphere on the site, lounge EDM, that brings vibrancy to the area. Overall, a top property and I will definitely be back again!

The property was close to the beach and only a 5 min Tuk Tuk drive into Karon. It was quiet with great views.

Amazing, friendly staff. Great choice at breakfast.

Einfach schön

Hotel location is excellent but the facility is rather ‘long in the tooth”” and needs a complete renovation. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special and other meal options were very basic
