除了地理位置交偏外，其他都不错。

非常不错的酒店，员工友好，景色迷人，性价比高。酒店拥有私人沙滩，餐厅在沙滩边上，每天吃饭都可以吹着海风看着海景，太好了！设施什么的不算太新，但房间外有个小院子很是方便。

Very good delicious food ,,but water is not free ,,Not enough staff and stuff. Everything is alright,, I like it.

太舊太偏僻，沿山而建，上落出入不便，泳池太細小。

We visited Centara Villas again after 4 years. The hotel has been refurnished a little bit. The villa looked newer than before. However, we did't like the windows were sealed and could not be open anymore. I could not enjoy fresh air in our room. The fan was too strong even we turned it to the slowest. Aircon was blowing directly toward the bed. Very uncomfortable, we need to turned the aircon off. The hotel staffs are younger, but still as friendly and polit as before. Especially the cleaning ladies and male workers. They always greet us when we walked down to the beach. The food in the hotel restaurant was very tasty. What a pretty that I could not try the coconut cream brulee since the oven was broken...the waitress forgot to place our order on the first night. We waited for 1 hour and the waitress bought us a bill asking us to pay. Indeed, we have not eaten anything yet.....after that we waited for another 20 mins and finish the dinner being stayed in the restaurant for 2 hours.....it rained a lot during our stay in early Dec. The waiters always scolled down the plastic tent from the restaurant entrance even the seats in the entrance were empty. It is better to take care the customers first and prioritize to put the tent besides the occupied seats. Overall, everything is quite nice. Our stay was ok.

上周刚刚住了这个酒店回来，我们是家庭度假，一共两间房住了四个晚上，首先预定了那通码头的接船，800B专车专人码头接送，那个车很大完全可以再坐五个人。酒店位置在郊区的海边，很大很大，超级大，大到最后我要离开酒店的是很还迷路了，晕。 优点 一.很适合带孩子， 1.1为我们三岁的宝宝免费提供了实木宝宝床和新铺好的宝宝床品。还每天多给了我们一瓶水。都是免费的哦。 1.2三个游泳池，有按摩泉水池，浅水池，宝宝玩的不亦乐乎，而且最大的泳池旁边就是沙滩，孩子游泳累了就去玩会沙子，开心的要命 1.3酒店有专门给孩子玩的游乐场，有滑滑梯和跷跷板以及秋千。不过孩子有了游泳池和沙滩，谁还玩滑滑梯啊。。 二。酒店生态环境很好，住宿环境好，隐私好 都是独栋小别墅，隐私能不好么 三。可以划皮划艇，打乒乓球，浮潜，提供器具和救生衣，而且都是免费的哦。我喜欢 四。早餐挺好吃的，我们三岁的孩子1米高没加钱。服务员态度非常好，还教孩子讲泰语。 五.酒店租车方便，1500B一辆车，按照国内来说应该是SUV款的，7座的那种，听说算便宜的，竟然连我们驾照都没看就直接把车钥匙给我们了，第二天直接还给前台钥匙就行了。 六.酒店的私人沙滩外面有珊瑚和小鱼。不过沙子没有查汶海滩细腻 缺点 一。爸妈住的126房间水不太好，很小 二。房间wifi要钱，不过我们办了泰国的手机卡，没用他们的 三。酒店上菜真是太太太慢了。。。而且比较贵，我们吃了一次孩子都要睡觉了不停的闹还不上菜，不建议在酒店吃晚饭 四。腿脚不方便的人特别是轮椅人士千万不能住这个酒店，到处都是楼梯的 提示： 一.酒店基本上没中国人，感觉都是欧洲人，西欧和北欧的特别多，美国人都很少，欧洲人比较安静，有礼貌不爱聊天和搭话，酒店很安静。 二.酒店每天有到查汶海滩的班车，是去他们旗下另一个酒店的，95B一个人单程。不过最早的班车也是中午了。

The hotel is far to everywhere. The swimming pool and beach are great. The food of tea time and dinner were good, but the quality of the breakfast buffet was poor than a 4-star hotel should have and variety of the food was few. The room was not clean when I checked-in, many sands on the floor of the room and some dead insect at the bathroom. No warm/hot water in the bathroom. The staff tried to fix it but still no change. They came my room second time to check again and finally we got little warm water. Btw, I heard another room guest complaint the air-conditioner had some problem...maybe this hotel is old.

The following items were excellent: staff Service and knowledge and helpfulness; location and views; pool; garden; food; fire show was awesome, great music; WiFi; gym However the hotel is in need of a desperate refurb. Very old & tired fixtures and fittings need replacing to 4 star standard including: dining area canopy, decking floor everywhere, furniture, bathroom, air-con noisy; paint-work in many places, glass rooves etc…

Et super smukt og hyggeligt hotel. Her er et virkelig god service og et meget sødt personale, som er meget hjælpsomme.

Séjour de 6 nuits. Nous avions pris le parti de choisir un bungalow avec petite piscine privée. Cela s'est avéré une bonne idée car l'hôtel est en pente et beaucoup d'escalier pour rejoindre la grande piscine. La plage totalement impraticable. Pas d'eau et des cailloux. Peut être en raison du coefficient de marée.... Nous avons voulu faire un petite journée à Lamai avec la navette qui c'était avérée payante !! Départ de 11h finalement à 11h3, et ils ont simplement oublié de venir nous rechercher en fin de journée. Nous avons finalement loué un scooter pour bouger car un peu loin de tout. Le personnel très gentil et d'une grande politesse. Restaurant très bien Peut être un peu cher. Très calme

Everything was great, a little dated, but not dramatically. Beautiful gardens everywhere adding privacy. Biggest issue was there are loads of stairs which could be an issue for older travellers like us!

Vi havde booket en pool villa med garden view, men fandt meget hurtigt ud af, at hele poolen og terrassen dermed var i fuld skygge hele dagen. Derudover var badeværelset fyldt med myg. Da vi nævnte det i receptionen, fik de dog hurtigt opgraderet os til en bedre pool villa, hvor værelset også helt klart var i bedre stand. Der var lidt småting med insektnet på badeværelset, der ikke lukkede helt tæt, så der var en del insekter og et par kakerlakker - men derudover intet at klage over. Maden i restauranten var rigtig god, men med forholdsvis dyre hotel-priser. Spa’en var virkelig god! Med dygtige massører. Generelt virkelig venligt personale, som var klar til at hjælpe med alt!

Ein traumhafter Urlaub, eine sehr schöne Anlage und unser Highlight unser Zimmer mit eigenem Pool. Wir hatten durch eine Pforte unseren eigenen Bereich mit Liegen, Sitzmöglichkeiten und dem Pool, der durch die raffinierte Anlage kaum bis gar nicht einsehbar war. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat den Aufenthalt einfach perfekt gemacht. Durch unseren Mietwagen waren wir flexibel und dadurch aber auch froh, dieses eher abgelegene Hotel mit dem wunderschönen Sandstrand gewählt zu haben.

Bel établissement, l’architecture de la réception et les maisons individuelles sont belles. Personnel sympa. Par contre le service de ménage laisse à désirer. Ils n’ont nettoyé que partiellement la chambre, poubelles non nettoyées, tapis de sol de SDB pourtant sale , laissé en boule non changé, lits refaits approximativement … bref une déception du service par rapport au standing de l’hôtel. C’est dommage

This was our 10th time to Samui and normally try new areas each time… big mistake this time! We had booked 7 nights but after 2 nights we decided life is too short and found somewhere else to stay for the remainder of our time on Samui. The photos are not true to life, the hotel is very old and needs lots of money spent on it. Restaurant food was average and expensive for what you got. Example: we shared a pizza for lunch and it was like a supermarket frozen one. We had just had 2 weeks in Bophut and the difference in quality of food for the price was unbelievable. There is nowhere else to eat unless you have a scooter or go into town on the shuttle bus. If you have any issues with walking or using steep stairs this is definitely not the place for you! Pools are old with tiles coming off, not enough sun umbrella's a lot were broken. We had a room with our own pool and sun lounge towels were old and stained. The beach was okay but surrounding area had lots of rubbish with a rundown resort next door. I booked this hotel as we have stayed in other Centara resorts which have been great but not this one. There are so many more nicer places to stay on Samui compared to here in my option. Staff were friendly, aircon in room good, bed okay. We Will not stay here again!

Too many steps rooms not cleaned often too far away from everything

Really enjoyed our stay here at the villas. What makes the place exceptional is the freindly staff. They really went above and beyond with helping with our needs making forna peacful trip. Easy to relax here just chill and enjoy your time.

I needed a very quiet break with a beautiful beach and pools to relax in - and Centara Villas was the perfect choice. From the moment I was picked up at the airport by the shuttle, to checking in in the beautiful lobby with a cool drink, to checking out and getting a hug from one of the lovely front desk staff, Centara delivered exceptional service, luxury and beauty everywhere. My first villa had a private pool but two twin beds, not a king. The front desk offered a different villa with a pool and a king bed on my second night, and it was even more beautiful than the first with a view of the ocean from the pool. The spa was beautiful and traditional, with gracious staff who gave me my first Thai massage. It was truly a unique and very relaxing experience. The food was very good and the restaurant was so beautiful, next to the ocean. The staff could be slow at the restaurant sometimes, but whenever I asked for something it was taken care of quickly. The lush surroundings of tropical plants and birds as you walk through the village of villas was so enjoyable. And it was so quiet! One warning though - this hotel has A LOT of stairs, sometimes with no railings. I counted 183 steps from my room to the lobby. If you have mobility or health issues that make stairs difficult, I recommend another resort.
