Rooms are without carpets Inflexibility in free room upgrades for repeat customers

I always stay in Centara WaterGate when I am in Bangkok. The hotel is near the places of interests and food are all around. The only tiny issue is with regards to the mineral water. If the hotel is able to provide a better quality of mineral water, that is the best.

The place is clean and staff service is also good. The only downside is the location to BTS a distance away and there is no swimming pool in this hotel. Good point the hotel is very near to Pratumun just across the street.

Clean hotel located near pratunam market. Have stayed in this hotel a few times due to the price and location. Comfy and clean rooms. Located near Airport Rail Link and a 10-15mins walk to Siam BTS.

Overall the location is convenient and all the shops and restaurants are walkable. BTS train station to airport link nearby. Near Palladium mall, Platinum fashion Mall, central world and BigC. There are tuk tuk, motorcycles ride, and download Grab or Bolt app to get ride if you don't want to take taxi or train. I stayed here five times this year so far. All the staffs from bellboy to front desk are cleaning staff are professional and friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and clean room. They have rooftop bar which I still didn't get to check it out. Next time.

Good location and hotel is clean. But hotel room not carpeted and quite slippery. Overall experience is good.

This is my third time staying at the hotel this month. Each time I stayed I got upgraded to a fancier room. I appreciate the beautiful fresh fruits and flowers in my room along with cute elephant make from towels. Ms. Nungnig personally prepared my room for the second time and a gift of colorful elephant for a gift. Thank you for the special touch for my deluxe room. I have no complaints with any staffs. Recommend for anyone want to stay at a nice hotel for easy access to train station and shopping and of course all the tasty street food all around the area. Thailand is the biggest street food in the world. I miss the street food of Thailand when I travel to other countries. Thai people will tolerate other rude visitors from all over the world. I will not be able to be that patient on a daily basis dealing with such rudeness. All the staffs at the hotel definitely get a five stars for being patient and hospitality. Most visitors do not tip when the staff is being helpful with their several bags not even small amount. I don't spend much time at the hotel room because the location is walkable to all the places I need to go. The transportation is nearby or get tuk tuk or motor bikes cheaper than taxi.

Centara is located centrally. You are able to walk to most places. Close to Central World Mall and Platinum mall which I loved! Night markets walking distance.

I would rate my stay for an overall of 4 out of 5. Very pleased and satisfied with their front desk customer service, the staff are very friendly and attentive. Main entrance staff and porters are very helpful and friendly as well.

Prefect location for food lovers and shopping.

Walking distance to BTS train station to airport link. There are tuk tuk and buses and motorcycles for you to get on for short distance. Taxi all around but be careful if the driver claims meter is not working. Walk away and get another one. Street food is everywhere. If you want restaurant quality food you need to try Central world on the 7th floor. There plenty of different type of food for everyone. Lots of clothes shopping and other stuff. The hotel is good for the money. I have nice bed for my lower back. I often only use my room for shower and sleep. I like the location and will return for my third stay for this month before heading home to the cold weather.

Stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time at this hotel. Walking distance to Paladium, Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall, Centralworld and Big C. Special thanks to Kittisak who greets us everytime we see him and has been very helpful giving us directions to places of interest. Also to Phromphong and Cream at Infuze where we always end our day with rounds of beer near the pool. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
