Centre Point Silom

The best hotel to stay is Center point plus hotel Silom. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast was top notch,staff were very kind and polite. Convenient Walking distance to Sathorn peir, Shopping mall is wonderful. Definitely will come back to stay in same hotel

Property is in an area that is very convenient for transportation to all areas of the city and for shopping and food, excellent!

Location was great. Close to the ferry station as well as MRT station. Easy to catch a ferry to Iconsiam mall, Grand Palace and other tourist spots. The hotel is located above a mall and it was very convenient for last minute shopping. There is a street food market right behind the hotel.

Easy to find a food and tuk tuk

I stayed here for my birthday & the staff surprised me with a little birthday gift. The staff was super nice and welcoming to everyone I would definitely stay here again. The room was super clean. Plus the property was walkable to the ferry.

Great place to stay

This place exceeded my expectations! Very elegant lobby and room. Clean spacious room. Provided robes, slippers, basic hygine essentials, water, and snacks. My room had a kitchenette with kettle, microwave, and fridge. Woke up to the sunrise with the bug windows and balcony. Only issue with the room was the lights were hard to navigate. Facilities and accommodations were nice with a wonderful pool. Great location eith the shopping mall, food court, and local shopping vendors. Attached to the building on the ground floor was a currency exchange which was very convenient. Staff were very generous and knowledgeable.

Common areas are very updated but rooms are old.

We had a family suite and it was a large space. The staff were professional and very efficient and friendly. The hotel was in a convenient location about 5 mins to the ferry terminal or rail.

Front desk staff was great, room was awesome with a great view!

The staff were super friendly. Excellent location with crazy hustling Bangkok to view from your balcony. Swimming pool was great . 10/10

The staff were all very helpful and always on hand when needed. The hotel was extremely clean and breakfast buffet was superb. We stayed in the family suite for four which worked well. If you wanted to cater for yourselves the equipment was limited but as food options around the area is plentiful there is no need

I would say this hotel is a 4.5/5 on a normal stay, but for our experience it was a 3.5/5. The reason is lower because of the followings: -on my third morning there, the A/C pipe was clogged and water leaked from the ceiling overnight and dripped all over the counter and formed a pool of water on the floor. Unfortunately, I left my belt bag and purse on the counter and both of them got wet including the contents inside (money, and other items). When I called and reported the issue they sent the maintenance engineer right away. The engineer came with a vacuum and suctioning pipe (looks like this is not something new), and cleaned up the water on the ceiling and the floor only. Then he called in house keeping, and the house keeping came and only mopped the floor. That was it, so neither of them clean up the counter nor apologize for the incident or my water soaking belt bag and purse. Also, no hotel management follow up or apologize for the inconvenience and personal items they have damaged. But overall, we still enjoy the hotel due the the followingsL -nice lobby -friendly staff at the front desk and lobby -allowed early check-in at noon (normal check in time is 2pm) -convenient location - lots of restaurants in the neighborhood, right next to a shopping plaza with a food court - spacious family suite - the suite we had was clean

Its located above a shopping mall. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. And many restaurants and stores. I highly recommend, it can be a little nosie since your in the city

Beautiful hotel! Close to amenities, friendly, courteous staff. And the views from our balcony were amazing! Will definitely be coming back!

hotel room was in need of refurb and the balcony with the river view was dirty and tired. breakfast was good. only 1 lift working above a shopping centre with lots of options.
