The outside noise is loud even at night, but other than that it's a good place. However, it is better to prepare a toothbrush, indoor slippers, and a hair dryer.

Good clean small hotel. No amenities. Full kitchen for families who would like to cook. One thing I didn't like was the front hotel door is always locked and you have to ask reception to open it going in and out. In 2 days I was also asked twice what was my room number. I don't think I would stay here again for this reason.

We had a room over-looking very busy Soi 11 with tuk-tuks running all night, very noisy, impossible to sleep. Wi-fi seldom working and very slow and intermittent.

I'm satisfied except through a noisy night

The street noise, lasting through most the night destroyed any positive points about the hotel. We also did not feel very secure, as the lights were out in the hallway by our room. The room was spacious. Bed was uncomfortable. The staff was courteous.

The room we got smelled so much cigarettes. After complaining we got a new room. The new room smelled also but not as much. They only cleaned if you asked. And one day no one was at the reception so we could ask to clean. So nobody clenaned the room. The next day we check out, and had to pay 500baht for one towel that was dirty ( didn’t get new towels the day before). Pool and playroom you could only use until 6 a clock in the evening. A lot of noise from the street outside in the night. Good tv-channels and good location.

Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité du personnel, l' emplacement de l hôtel dans ce quartier animé mais aussi notre studio très spacieux et bien équipé. Nous reviendrons sûrement à Chaidee Mansion.

ホテル横にはATM、その横にはセブンイレブン、そして食事処は日本食、タイ料理、イタリア料理、アラブ料理？と近場にあり立地場所には最適でした。満足

When I booked this hotel for two different nights, I did not realize that is was in such a sketchy neighbourhood, however, that was my fault not the hotel's fault. It is a noisy tourist neighbourhood catering to the sleaze trade and homesick travellers who want to eat and drink non-Thai food. Given that the service was very nice, helpful and even upgraded us the first stay. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning new and quiet (a factor in Southeast Asia. The room was a bit grubby with unappetizing mold in the shower stall. The wifi didn't work on the second stay. My error, I prefer quiet areas and can take Bangkok's fabulous transit system if I want a bit of noise and bustle.

The place is a shambles. Peeling, cracked paint. Ripped up floor. Rooms smell of chemicals being used to disguise a bad odor. The noise of the traffic on Soi 11 will keep you up all night.

室に電話の取説が無い為フロントにて日本へコレクトコール頼んだがダイレクトコールされ、1200bt請求された。苦情をいうとコレクトコールの意味が解ら無い、知らないと答えた。インド人の経営者はオールミャンマー人のスタッフに基本業務、用語を教えていない。セイフティボックスは固定されてなく外側のクローゼットの鍵も作動せず非常に不安だった。室にはタオルからベッド迄汚損、失損の値段表があり、グラスにヒビを入れ300bt請求され、180bt払った。superで30bt位の物。貸出し用のドライヤーはなくBigｃにて購入した。プ-ルはサーフトランクスでの利用を拒否された。貸出してくれたDVDプレイヤーは2台共不作動で諦めた。広さは60～70平米位。写真のサウナはドライ、ミスト共に実際にはない。洗濯機はあるが干す設備が無い。ﾄｩｸﾄｩｸは17時迄。寝るだけにしてもスクンビットから遠過ぎると思う。

Nice hotel, good location, clean, but the restaurant is not good. Waited for 1 1/2 hours for room service to deliver cold food, not once, but twice. Breakfast buffet lacks variety, runs short of food and serves little or no meat. Many items on the menu were not available. Good place to stay, but go out of the hotel to eat.

I choose Expedia first time and it was very experience, definitely in future i will choose and recmonds others.
