I really love the simple traditional Thai design. apart from other 2.5-star hotel, room was really comfort and clean. Even no catering service, but there are restaurants bar, local market nearby, so convenience, good budget choice at Chiang Mai.

Almost good and swimming pool.but the staff need to remind all the guest to close the door lightly and playing at the pool quietly. All the guests talk too loud
after 10oclock.It is a little bit noise by motor and people.
If the staff take the notice to all :Keep Quiet After 10 to 7.It is better.

房間與在hotels.com的相片，根本不是同樣，有好大差別，第一天住是3樓，樓上有個像洗衣機的，不斷在響，要求加錢換房已full,第二天幫我轉2樓，在廁所至少捉到2隻小強，也不知在還個位進來，泳池很污糟，不知多久没換水，然後是近馬路，隔音很差，整體黎講很差，好處只有房間很小，冷氣很足

在古城区，但是稍微有点偏了，环境还行，服务一般，没有电梯，幸好我们住一层，入住时前台只是把钥匙交给我们，就让我们自己去找房间了。。。但是问他们方向的时候还是比较帮忙的，总体还行

半年前預定的兩個房間，借不到吹風機，一房間天花板不停漏水，另一間整夜聽漏水聲，因客滿只能換一間房，該房間很久沒人入住，床墊壞了有霉味，更糟的是整夜有洗衣機轉動聲不能關閉，夜間工作人員不接電話態度很差。第2天旅館老闆更換老板的另一個旅館,比較新,住宿比較舒適,但在網路上查詢,價錢較低,可能是不在古城區域內。

nice location (near chiang mai gate about 3 minutes for walk) & lots of food stands around. The room is clean. It also has a small but lovely swimming pool. However, the breakfast is always the same and it's difficult to see the receptionists wearing smiles. They look very unhappy.

The hotel in Chiangmai is quite good, the room is clean, comfortable and a lot of international channels, downstairs has swim pool. The breakfast is quite good.
But the room door is so broken so it's sooooo noisy all the time. Because the hotel is located a busy road! We couldn't sleep at all. This is the only and biggest problem! Otherwise we would go back again!

Location is good which is in the old city area, 10 min walk to the sunday market. And we can go night bazzar by tuk tuk at 80 to 100 bahts. there is a nice swimming pool, but it is a bit too small. Anyway it is too cold to swim in dec at chiangmai. There is no service provided, say i asked about the tour information, thry just give me some leavelet... During the four days stay, the towel was not changed even it was fell to floor with some dirt, that we got back the wet and dirty towel back everynight...

But the room door is so broken so it's sooooo noisy all the time. Because the hotel is located a busy road! We couldn't sleep at all. This is the only and biggest problem! Otherwise we would go back again!
