很舒適，廚房設備齊全，景觀也好，很適合一家大小入住，但職員只在 9am 至 6pm 當值，要注意入住或退房安排。

I wouldn't advise anyone to even consider this place, I was basically abandoned for 6 days, the agency phone always went unanswered, the bathroom is filthy with mould growing on the blinds and there was hair left in the shower, the shower is dangerous as it's practically impossible to get into because its so high, no slip mat if things go wrong. Cleaning is promised on a daily basis, someone turned up once. There's nothing in the place to clean up after yourself not even a broom or dustpan and brush. There was no way to lock the safe and the only time I managed to contact the rep he promised the key the next day and then went undercover. The air-conditioning unit makes a dreadful howling noise when it is on and the walls are bloated with damp from it. Key card works intermittently at the front door but unfortunately you get in eventually. All the other reviews have the standard cut and paste response, but I doubt anything will get done, so until there's a vast improvement in the apartment and the attitude of the people supposedly being there to help you, avoid this place like the plague.

I liked the layout of the room, very modern and chic. What i didn't like was that the floors looked like "they were cleaned" but there was a haze over it, so not very clean. We also put the sign to have the room made up. At every hotel, I always leave the dirty towels by the door to have them pick up and replace for us. But here they didnt replace anything, in fact, i think the only thing they did was fold our blanket and put our pillows back up... loterally that all they did. I also didnt like how the tub layout was. So 1) there SHOULD NOT BE BLINDS IN A SHOWERING AREA , they will rust! 2) the tub is small but when you shower the water gets all on the outside... and so the water builds up, then it pours down to the floor where the toilet and where you stand for the sink... so overall terrible layout... they need a drainage on the outside edge of the tub (i know ita confusing to understand, but you'll onow if you see it.) Overall the look of the room amd aesthetics of it was nice, bjt bathtub, terrible. Good water pressure though. And on our balcony we were the only ones that didn't have the secure metals to hold the glass panels from flipping (kinda sketchy)

Unit was in decent location, and comfortable overall. Listing says there is a laundry facility onsite, but there is not, which is important to us and a search filter since we are traveling 5 months with a carry-on suitcase each. There was a drying rack on the porch so we used the sink. Shower had no curtain, you had to climb into a tub that was 6+ inches higher than floor, ended up with a lot of water on the floor unless you sat in the tub to bathe with the shower wand. Kitchen faucet was very loose, about to fall off the mounting. Refrig and freezer worked well. Check-in instructions were confusing, we were in second building, went to main reception area first building and all in the office had no idea what to do with us. Net, not up to hotels.com standards and info provided is not accurate.

I liked the location, decent size room and cleanliness. Having access to a small gym was also handy. I didn’t like the poor noise insulation as I could hear footsteps, music and furniture sliding along floor in room above me, in addition to foot traffic and doors closing loudly in corridor outside on same floor. Staff members Kelly and Nocu staff were extremely helpful. However, I found Sam was rude and unhelpful. Overall, I would stay here again but would probably also consider other options due to the noise issue.

В целом все очень понравилось! Удобное расположение, все , что нужно - под рукой! Тихо, чисто. Из минусов - крайне неудобная ванная, в которую очень неудобно залезать, вокруг нее постоянно стоит вода. Ну и довольно посредственная уборка, но каждый день! Смена белья (+полотенца) каждые 5 дней. Депозит отсутствует, как и плата за электричество и воду, что очень порадовало!

Överlag väldigt fint och modernt! Dock hårda sängar och att de städar väldigt sent om eftermiddagarna.

Trevlig personal men inte speciellt hjälpsamma. Luktade avlopp i vårt badrum och vi bad dom kolla det flera gånger men det gjorde dom aldrig. Riktigt obekväma sängar och sittutrymmet i lägenheten var inte heller speciellt bekvämt. Besviken överlag på boendet.

욕실에서 하수도 냄새가 좀 올라오는것 빼고는 전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 방향제를 넣어주었으면 더 좋을것 같네요.

Проживали в chic condo в корпусе В 314 номер. В целом мне понравилось , мебель новая ,ремонт свежий правда плитка не работала, заметили только на следующий день, починить не смогли поставили новую. Посуда вся новая кастрюльки не хватало только. Заселили быстро, раньше чем положено Из минусов- пишу в памятке , что типа уборка каждый день и смена постельного раз в пять дней. Итог : приходили каждый день, в комнате видимость уборки, на балкон вообще не заходили, как лежал песок так наверное и лежит до сих пор, полотенца меняли редко убирались плохо, постельное поменяли один раз за 2 недели даже чаевые не помогали. До моря идти минут 7-10, бассейн есть ,но маленький и он находится в корпусе А стоит всего 4 лежака и солнца там до обеда нет. Рядом все есть, кафешки, магазины, рынок. В целом доволен, минусы везде есть.

The sheets were never changed during the 15-day stay. Towels, even if they were thrown on the ground, were often not replaced. Or worse, they were put back hanging in the bathroom. Which is unthinkable.

Studio was pretty amazing, located quite near to the shopping, night market, beach. Very clean, well maintained and the best thing is all the vessels & kitchen items provided makes the stay a worth while when you miss your taste. Swimming pool was on another building premise but still walkable. Overall an amazing stay in budget.

fantastic big apartment. . Great views halfway between Karon and Kata beach. 5min walk to everything shops restaurants . Bars. Very quite night time
