我的戒指半夜掉到水龙头上了，工作人员非常友好，帮我找到了戒指。他们的态度很棒。我们很喜欢我们的房间，空间宽敞，只容纳我们两个人，房间也很干净，没有异味。我本来对这里的食物有点怀疑，但结果发现真的很美味。下次去曼谷一定会再来的！

I booked two rooms for a family trip. The water pressure and temperature were unstable. I asked the staff to fix it during room clean but the situation is still the same. I reminded staff upon check out that it must be fixed before the next guest can check in. She said most of the guests have also commented, but there is no problem after the staff guides them to use it. It’s too late to tell us. Stains can be found on every face towel and bath towel provided by hotel, and some are tattered. Even though I told the hotel during my stay, nothing changed because they didn't have clean towels. Can't believe the hotel tried to charge us for dirty towels when we checked out.

設備殘舊，桌子有很多污漬，塵埃到處可見，牙刷只提供了一支，清潔房間後並沒有refill物品。一下樓就是酒吧街，人流很雜。本來預定了一張雙人床，check in時卻說當日只剩兩張單人床房，最後堅持下，才說幫我們換房。到check out時，明明沒有用過任何迷你吧，卻說我們飲了飲料要付200泰銖，又一次堅持下，才不用付。本來訂了5晚，最後住了2晚便忍不住提早離開。同樣價錢，可以有更好選擇，不要被網上照片及好評誤導了。

The bed is so big that I love it very much. The gym room is clean and the training equipment is adequate. the location is good and quiet, better than the Novotel nearby. I will recommend the hotel to my friends and surely will stay next time in Bangkok.

旺中帶靜呢酒店，行去Nana 站約10分鐘，去邊都方便，行出酒店就係酒吧街，很熱鬧。牀枕舒服，地方清潔，早餐唔錯，我地住了4天，每日早餐都會有點不同。員工服務態度好好。

We checked in after midnight while the staff had helped us very promptly. The breakfast is fair. The staff are helpful and nice. The room is big and clean. Two 7-11s nearby. It is near Nana BTS station as well. However, the location is not suitable for children because this is red light district. Also, the road might be blocked at night and you cannot arrive the hotel by vehicle easily. The hot water supply is not stable as well.

1，我去咗酒店泳池玩，回到房間，查看銀包被人偷錢 2，魚目混珠，泳池一罐可樂價錢是50銖，房間是80銖，我是在泳池落了2罐可樂，但是收費169銖，最後要投訴才能更改回100銖。

牙膏，洗頭水，沐浴露，就算是每天有整理房間但………不是每天補充，沖涼熱水不夠熱，沒有剃须刀! 最後退房的時候，話要收80銖，話我食了朱古力，立刻同服務員講(無)，佢立刻打電話問其他服務員，即時回答，okok Toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, even if there is room for daily cleaning... but not every day，supplement , the hot water is not hot enough, no razor! At the end of the check-out, I had to charge 80 baht. If I ate chocolate, I immediately told the waiter (no). She immediately called the other waiters and answered immediately, okok.
