The staff is amazing. They are so kind and caring and helpful. I felt like I was staying with family. I was not expecting this level of care at such a budget price. The room, bed, bathroom, windows, all what you would expect, and the descriptions are accurate, but the level of service and care from the staff makes this a really special place. They will help you with anything you need, including helping you plan your vacation.

入口很難找.洗水盆水龍頭是壞的.沖涼沒有熱水.煲水的水煲也沒有.沒有保險箱,房間在地下,窗外就是泊車和其他行人可以經過的地方.床很硬,而且有污漬...

Good location if you want to visit night bazzar, the lady receptionist is polite but not friendly and helpful. Breakfast is soso and not fresh enough. My room is in 101 so wifi is well connected. When i wake up in the morning around 9am,construction outside of my room, the curtains are really thin & bit transparent, the workers just standing outside within few feets and can see through to my room, i feel that is no privacy in my room.. The wall seems dirty, very dark in lighting, bad smell in toliet...when i go to toliet, i almost need to stop breathing...

It was written that it was a 3-minute walk from Makkasan station, but it was incorrect information. I chose this hotel because of its location, but I was deceived. The staff was also unfaithful and I immediately regretted choosing this hotel.

My only complaint and I think it's a big one. I wouldn't come back unless they get new beds. I'm not kidding these beds are like sleeping on lumpy springs. My back hurts and every couple hours I have to get up just to relieve the pain. This is the worst bed I have slept on in a hotel. Every thing else is great.

We were there in rainy season and it rained most of the time but this hotel is right next to night bazaar and that is covered over Hotel had a kettle and cups big clean beds I slept well staff were friendly no restaurant for breakfast but loads of places close by

Vi lämmnade hotellet 23 00 . Boka annat boende. Hård säng smutsigt badrum . Oväsen från thaiboxningen som vårt otäta 1 glas fönster vette mot .Omöjligt att få sova efter en lång dags resande.
