The room is very good value for money, close to the beach and the pedestrian street. The kitchen is very convenient for cooking or heating up food brought back from outside. Of course, the small balcony outside the room is closer to nature. The inconvenience is that the check-in place is hard to find. There is no check-in hall or counter. The entrance to the building is a driveway.

チェックインは3Fのテナントの一室、駐車場は1Fで荷物専用エレベーターが無い、2F駐車場からはエレベーターが使えるが、ガードマンが車を停止させて利用させてくれなかった。1F駐車場から階段で3F迄持ち上げるのはひと苦労だ。一旦、正面入口2Fで荷物を下ろして広い階段を3F迄上げる方が楽だと思う。 チェックイン時に1000B現金デポジットが必要。コンドミニアムタイプの部屋で掃除も行き届いており、エアコン、バスシャワー🚿、簡易キッチン、冷蔵庫大型が完備されており快適な生活を送れる。隣はセントラルショッピングモール、地下フードコートも充実。入口向いにはナイトバザールもあり、飲み喰い、買物、ナイトバーも多数あって不自由は無い。バーの女子は動物園レベルなので要注意だ。値段も安くてコスパ最高

The only draw back to this condo is that it doesn't have a gym however it does have a pool.

Room was cleaned everyday everything worked well shower hot but bed was rock hard slept on couch most nights.

この建物自体は4度目の利用ですが、この代理店は初めてでした。 今回宿泊した部屋は洗濯機がないことやwifiのスピードが遅いこと、wifiが遅いためテレビで見れないチャンネルが多いことなど難点も多くありますが、駐車場が無料であったり、すぐにビーチロードやセンタンやtreetownに行けるなどの抜群の立地を踏まえると良い宿泊施設だと思います。 しかし、初めて車で訪れる方には非常にわかりにくい構造の建物です。１Fの駐車場にある階段より３Fまで上がると各代理店やショップがありますので探してください。

I have stayed here multiple times and its always enjoyable, the staff are outstanding and the shop options on the main floor are excellent. The only draw back is there is no gym although there is a good pool.

I found the stay for $ to be adequate but the whole time I fealt uncomfortable. Had a rigorously broken sleep and multiple time a sound like someone trying to break down the door. Since my stay I found some grim information about many deaths here. All in all ok if your into that but all a bit creepy for me

The Central Pattaya shopping mall is right next door. And if you want to go everywhere elsewhere, there’s Taxis everywhere. 👍

Easy check-in process and apartment was as advertised. Clothing washing machine was a bonus. Great balcony. The building has a great pool and lots of restaurant, convenience stores, and massage shops on the main floor.

We have a pretty good time staying here. Not much to complain about. Our room was clean but not the cleanest. Not much to complain about. I love that there is big trash cans in the hallway of your floor to throw your trash away and a coin luandromat in the third floor.

I liked everything about this property! Added bonus, Pattaya Central Mall was right next door, you do not even have to cross the major street. Everything you need is within walking distance, there is a steady flow of Bhat buses to take you to distance locations, whatever your food choice's they are within walking distance etc.
