จัดการไม่ดี 1)เริ่มจากcheck-in ด้วยความที่เดินทางมา จองผ่านapp แล้วขับรถไปโรงแรมเลย พนักงานเป็นผู้ชาย มีอายุนิดนึง ดูไม่ค่อยถนัดเรื่องการรับแขก การจัดการ ถามหาbooking แถมยังบอกให้เราcapture หน้าจอการbooking ส่งเข้ามาในไลน์ของโรงแรมอีก ซึ่งต้องเสียเวลาadd ไลน์อีก กว่าจะได้ห้อง ใช้เวลพอสมควร 2)ห้องที่พัก ไฟห้องน้ำเสีย ด้วยความที่เดินทางมาไกล เหนื่อยแล้วอยากพัก จึงไม่ได้ไปทักท้วง อันนี้แจ้งให้ทราบ 3) พนักงานผู้ชายคนเดิน มาเคาะห้องราวๆ 07.40 น. ซึ่งเรายังไม่ตื่น แล้วบอกว่าขอหน้าใบเสร็จที่จองให้app จริงๆจะขอตอนcheck-outก็ได้นะ มาเคาะตอนเรายังไม่ตื่น เสียมารยาทมาก Terrible managment 1) Checking in, after such a long journey I decided to book a reservation via app then drove to the hotel. I met a male staff who is ages and unable to manage anything, he asked for booking then I showed him unfortunately he didn’t make it through he told me that you have to capture your booking then sent him through Line (that was I have to spent time to add a contact). It quite took time to get a room. 2) A room, I didn’t take any serious issue but a bathroom’s light was broken. After a long journey I didn’t ask for change cause I need to take a rest. 3) *Unprofessional and impolite staff again* a male staff from the beginning he knocked the door at 07.40 am when I was sleeping. A staff told he need a reciept that I got from booking! That was so terrible manner to wake somebody up at that time.
