There are some issues you should know prior to your check-in at our hostel.

1. Counting Sheep Hostel is located in "Soi Samsen 4", only 10-minute walk from the famous "KHAOSAN ROAD". The address in both English and Thai version can be seen as per below. If you are traveling by a motorcycle or walk, you can entrance from Samsen main road, noticing “Soi Samsen 4”. Then, walk further until almost the end of the alley, noticing on your left hand side. We are in the green building. As “Soi Samsen 4” is one-way road, if you are traveling by other larger vehicles, please tell the driver to entrance from the main gate of “Wat Tritossathep” or “Tritossathep Temple”. Once in the temple, drive further until the end, then, turn left and turn right into “Soi Phra Sawat”. We are on your right hand side only a few blocks away.

2. Our check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Check-out is at noon. If you wish to stay longer, please tell the reception before noon. Our hostel is NOT counting your stay by number of hours.

3. By law, a copy of your passport is necessary as well as deposit money of Baht 200 per person.

4. If you wish to check-in after 17:00 hrs, please inform us in advance by replying back this message. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without notice accordingly.

5. NO refund if you are checking out earlier than booked dates and NO deposit money will be returned for late check-out.

6. Air-conditioning time in the dorm is from 18:00 hrs. to 11:00 hrs. Our reception and common area will be closed at 20:00 hrs and open at 6:00 hrs. However, if you have to check-in late at night and in case of emergency, please ring the bell on your right hand side of the door for further assistance.

7. We are also operating a restaurant downstairs, so eating and drinking are not allowed in sleeping area (on 2nd floor) to keep the area clean. Outside guests are also not allowed in the dorm area.

8. Airport shuttle service is available at the reception only from our hostel to 2 Thailand airports (Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Muang Airport). Advanced booking only.

9. You may not get the bed in the exact room that you booked in the website as it depends on the bed's availability of each day.
