Last time I was in Calcutta on my motorbike I slept in hotels along the way in the worst areas, but all of them were better than the di place. When I asked them to clean the room after the first night and to refill the towels and toilet paper, they pressed a roll of toilet paper into my hand! The rooms are no bigger than 12 to 14 square metres! This hotel is a short-stay hotel at most, so I would advise against that too! Please be careful with the star rating, unfortunately it doesn't mean anything in Thailand. I managed 2 nights, no more than that.

Good location. Nice looking villa’s. Very hot rooms. Air conditioning in all of the Villa’s were not cold at all. Was given a very small fan as compensation. Paying for an air conditioned villa but only having a fan was very frustrating. When we arrived to check in, no one to greet us... in the afternoon. Had to ask the cleaner to call the receptionist so we could check in. Left standing in the hot weather for 20 minutes waiting for him to arrive. Talked to a few other guests. They were all only prepared to stay for one night because of the hot rooms. Paying for an air conditioned villa and only receiving a fan and an air conditioning unit that doesn’t cool the room down... at all... is not acceptable. We stayed further nights because of the location. Would not book to stay here again unless they address the air conditioning problem and give customers what they are supposedly paying for.

ห้องพักสกปรกมากครับ มีกลิ่นอับ มีมด ที่สำคัญไฟในห้องติดๆดับๆทั้งคืนเลยครับ พนักงานไม่สนใจลูกค้าเลย
