I spent 3 nights here and everything was great! The hostel is in a great location with different restaurants and shops near it. Things looked modern and new. The communal area and 4-bed room were very clean and tidy. The bathroom was well-ventilated and not humid or moldy at all. AC was strong and will keep you cool throughout the night.
There is a big locker in the room to keep your belongings secure. You will also get 3 small pockets on your bedside to put all your valuables. There is one socket and study light at each bed which is handy. The free wifi signal was strong and the speed was fast.
There is a free snacks/drinks area with fresh fruits to keep your stomach from growling. You can also cook in the spacy kitchen.
Gift, the receptionist was amazing and extremely helpful. My flight was delayed and she waited for me till 2 am to make sure I settled in nicely. She was very friendly and made great food recommendations. She also arranged the airport taxi pickup for me but helped me to find other cheaper transport options when my cash was running low on the day I left.
I highly recommend anyone to stay here!

I had a really nice stay at DKaya. Thanks to Gift for taking me to Takua Pa market and letting us make our own krathong for Loy krathong :-)
The hostel is placed near everything you need. Food, beach, massage, tsunami museum etc.
It’s clean and nice and I can only recommend!!!
