Great location. Great service. Will come back. The hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok, surrounded by high rise buildings that are great to see from our hotel suite. Modern ambiance from the hotel lobby to the room. Great facilities in our 2 bedroom suite. The food was great, especially the salmon steak. Mouth watering. The staff were professionals, and we got upgraded room. Very spacious 2 bed room suite with good sofa set and great dining table setting. Staff Assistance: I should left my mom in the hotel room alone in the evening and asked them to assist her with dinner, and they just really did their job well done. My Mom enjoyed the service very much. Highlights: Love the view from our suite, great breakfast and the hotel also has good garden and swimming pool. We feel that they give good price for the room & facilities. The hotel is located near the great malls and in the prime location. Will come back later.

The room of Emporium Suites by Chatrium is much bigger than other hotels. The location is convenient and just a minute walk from Phrom Phong BTS station. The swimming pool is one of the main reason that I choose this hotel. It is big and nice ! The view of the room is also beautiful! I will definitely book again which I did it every time I stayed in Bangkok!

You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed. Hotel may charge you THB 1400 (per extra bed per night) for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity. - 20% discount from the regular price on spa or massage treatments at Thann Spa Test & Go Required Documents (minimum 7 Days prior to arrival): • Copy of passports of all guests • Flight details and arrival time • Certificate of Vaccination (in English) issued by a government authority Term & Conditions: • Full payment is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation. A payment link will be sent to you upon confirmation of reservation. • Health insurance should include the amount up to 20,000 USD • A confirmed payment for Day 1stay at SHA Extra Plus (SHA++) including RT-PCT tests on Day 1 and a prearranged transfer from the airport to the hotel only • Test & Go rate is for 1 night accommodation • Booking is non-refundable. Change in dates is permitted subject to availability. • Kindly contact our Front Desk or Reservations for the extension night confirmation at frontdesk.es@chatrium.com or reservations.es@chatrium.com or at telephone +66 (0) 2664 9999 • Bookings may be extended, subject to availability.

近BTS，交通方便，員工有禮，我10年前已開始住這裡，房間至今仍然是當年的模樣，裝修依舊，未有翻新，尤其廁所和廚房，給予人陳舊的感覺。

房間內整體一般，但以多年泰國旅遊的酒店比較，這一間性價比是最差. 特別是廁所位置 非常舊，毛巾黑，水壓慢，熱水慢，去水塞, 廁所門是 一間公屋的廁所門 求其用白油漆油的. 我相信 我此生是不會再去這一間洒店
